Love these. Perfect size and fit w adjustable add on piece. Use alternately they last all day on one charge. Ambient noice block is awesome. Sometimes ambient noise allowance isnt perfect, i have poor hearing. If music is off it will amplify external noise but if on its not great. But they are headphones so i keep the music on.

I have been using this for a year now and it works perfectly and meets my requirement. It connects seamlessly with Samsung Galaxy Phones and Galaxy Tabs. I have been using Galaxy Flagship S series and Tabs for past some years so it connects fluidly. Also the case is good enough to hold charge for 2 days. It came in original packaging and only with refurbished tips. The original buds seemed to me unused and almost new. Fits very good and no issues in ear. I have used it for long hours. Overall proved to be nice purchase for me.

the overall connectivity works great and makes everything easier. Sound is good but I think it needs a little bit more of bass. The noise canceling is ok

I've been a Jabra 65t Elite user for 2+ years, and while those are still going strong, they are stuck on micro-USB charging instead of USB-C. Although these say refurb, they arrived in almost new condition and worked flawlessly. They sound output is great and these are comfortable and light to the point I will forget I have them on after a few minutes if there is not music/sound coming out of them. The case for storage is compact and has a magnet to help these stay in place (and prevent them from accidentally falling out). They work wonderfully with the Galaxy 9 and Note 9 (like they should) and the app does a great job letting you customize settings as well as show you remaining battery of each individual ear bud. Unlike a lot of other bluetooth earbuds, you can use these individually. The only negative I've experienced to these is a design flaw -- if you let the battery completely drain to 0% it will no longer charge in the case and the earbuds appear to be dead. The ear buds need like 1% of battery to register for the case to charge them. So when it is a completely empty at 0% the earbuds will not even register and appear to be defunct. Thankfully some quick Google-ing showed me this was a semi-documented problem with a relatively easy fix. While I'm glad there was a workaround, I don't feel it needed a special magic trick to get it working again. The other way to avoid this is to not let it completely drain to 0% =P. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and think BestBuy's refurb allowed me to snag a product at a great deal.

Fits and stays well in ear, and connects and reconnects easy to phone. Sound is decent also.

Great headphones for the price! Sound quality was good and the battery life is unbelivable. They fit great and don't fall off the ears when exercising or moving vigorously. The samsung wearable app works great with my old samsung s9 phone. Love it.

I use these everyday. At work I can only use one. I love how you can pause by touching. They sound great. The batteries last all day and they charge in case too. I love the color too. They work seamlessly with my Samsung phone also. Totally worth every penny.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished set of headphones but I got to say, I'm impressed! They came with new ear pieces installed and came with a set of assorted sizes. The only down side I can see is that they don't have the retail packaging but for the discount in price, its worth it. The only reference I had for truly wireless headphones were a cheap pair of knock off airpods. These are something else. They hold a charge forever (not literally). I use them at work and I just charged the case for the first time yesterday (had them about two weeks). Due to the nature of my job, I need to stay alert so I use one earbud at a time but they do have a option to tunnel outside noises if you have both in. So far it just makes me disoriented so I turned it off. MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE APP!! It give you ALOT of options for features, gestures, and equalizers. Overall, I highly recommend these earbuds in general but this refurbished set makes it a no brainer for the price.

They fit perfectly on my ears doesn't have that much bass but battery life is amazing on these things.

Good product... haven't had it... for a long period of time... for me to know how long will it last.... But so far it's been working great... Love the sound easy to connect.... And it fits perfectly in my ears and the fact that I can use them individually it's the best feature...

Good size , fit prefect, sound quality is great, not much distortion at high volumes. Battery life is good. Down side is the ambient mode and the best, sounds scratchy, but for me that wasnt to much of a worry. Enjoying them a lot

These have great sound and have been very easy to pair with multiple devices which was the issue with other devices I tried before these. These also are cheaper than the other sets I have tried as well making these a great value.

I purchased these refurbished buds for my girlfriend. I own a pair myself, and use them daily. Overall, the quality of these is comparable to brand new. There were no scratches or defects. All of the features seem to work as intended. And the color is simply phenomenal compared to the competition, which mostly offer a basic color with nothing that stands out. I would definitely buy Geek Squad refurbished product again.

After a disastrous first purchase, my second set was perfect. I have AirPods, Jabras and Sonys and these are my favorites. They fit extremely well, have 12 hours of battery life and sound very good. The refurbished set are indistinguishable from new.

They work very well, especially once I put on the correct ear pieces to fit my ears correctly. They have good sound, and I really enjoy the ambient mode, although because it lets in certain frequencies certain things are crazy loud (plastic bags, vacuum cleaner, etc). I've tried a few other ear buds from Anker and others and these seem to stay in my ears the best.

I took the plunge and bought these refurbished earbuds. It is so much better than using wired earphones. the battery life is excellent. The sound is excellent. The on line manual makes it easy to figure out the controls

For me, these worked better than the Buds Live I owned. I'm also here to say that getting refurbished earbuds can be a little nerve-wracking because you don't know who's ear these were in, but after using my Samsung Sanitizer and some alcohol, I felt at ease. The sound quality is excellent and with my use, I can go without a charge for around 2 days.

Bought the certified refurbished Buds+. Overall very pleased and would purchase them again. My pair didn't didn't come with all the different silicone ear tips so I bought those elsewhere. As much as I saved buying refurbs, it was no big deal. Monster battery life, excellent sound, and one of the very best pair of ear buds for making and receiving phone calls.

I'm super satisfied with this refurb purchase. All the accessories were included and earbuds and case were clean and charged. The sound is pretty good and with various updates through the Galaxy Wear app have made them much better. Takes a little bit of getting used to, but paired easily on my S20 Ultra and haven't had any problems so far.
