The sound quality is excellent, but it has fallen out of my ear multiple times. Several times it's dropped to the ground and I've had to activate the location beep feature to find it. It could be due to the shape of this specific model, but I wouldn't purchase it again for this reason. I'm afraid it's only a matter of time before one is lost. This is the only model of Samsung earbuds where I've encountered this problem.

The buds themselves work fine and the quality is great. I know they're refurbished but do they not clean the buds to fix them? i had to thoroughly clean them with alcohol and wipes. Also, i bought them in black but they came with white tips :/

I thought these were nice and good quality, but personally prefer the bean shaped Galaxy buds. Super stylish. These seemed a little more masc

The sound quality is very good through these ear buds and have a good range of volume. I found with my use the battery life would about a week before I need to recharge the case. I'd recommend these to anyone looking for a set of ear buds.

These earbuds came to me in excellent condition! Not a scratch to be found anywhere. I charged them up in no time and they synced with both my phone and watch with zero issues. I put them in my ears and found some music to play and OMG the sound is absolutely amazing!! I am so pleased with them and so very happy I didn't waste an extra 100$ on brand new ones! To say I'm pleased is an understatement. Thank you Best Buy for another amazing Samsung product and deal!

Great sound and decent fit. I'm giving it an average review because I have now gone through 3 of these in 6 months due to issues (cracking sounds, in ear detection not working, one bud was quieter than the other). Luckily they are replaced under warranty but I can't believe these keep failing. I hope this last pair holds out!

I thought there would just be a small difference in battery power on the new ones, but they fit SO MUCH BETTER than Buds+ which would fall out of my left ear if I leaned too far forward. These don't move at all, and the noise cancellation is very impressive

Love them, they work great!! I bought 2 pairs one for me and one for my son, we both like them, great sound, holds charge for a while and just really good quality ear buds!!

Think this was good value for the money (i got this refurbished). I use it mainly for voice calls - dont think the fidelity is great for music, especially with noise cancelling turned on. The lows don't come through well. Fantastic form factor and easy to use

i love them! they are exactly what u want for headphones..comfortable they last for hours and noise canceling. great for if you want to zone out and listen to your music

I was a little leary getting refurbished earbuds, but was pleasantly suprised. They work great. They have great battery life which is a must when i listen to books alot. These have a good range that you can be away from my phone before getting interference/disruptions. If i hadnt been the one who bought them i wouldnt have been able to tell they werent brand new. I love them and am so glad I bought them.

Headphones are way better than my older Samsungs. They fit so well and sound wonderful. Thanks Samsung Galaxy and Thanks Best Buy for a wonderful set of headphones and a great purchase I have made in a long time...

Great price! Fits comfortably, great overall earbuds but could use a little more bass.

Old headset died and my wife like her set of these. Bought them and paired up well. Doesnt have all the same functioms as if I had my Samsung phone but thats a work provided phone issue not the buds. Decent battery and good case. Dont fear the refurb. They were clean and had all the parts.

Buds came in original box with charging cord. Only thing missing as one set of the ear tips. I use different tips anyways so it didn't matter. The buds and the case look brand new and nothing was dirty or had earwax. The buds paired just fine with my phone and tablet. battery life has been decent. I haven't encountered any hiccups. These might as well have been brand new.

Work great Easy set up if you have a Samsung phone. Music comes out very clear
