Works great after replacing missing ear tips

It shipped with no ear tips. No mention in item description that some parts may be missing. Contacted BB Customer Support. They said I could REPLACE the item or get a refund at my local BB. Local BB had no openbox replacements on hand so said can only get a refund of what I paid for them. Would have to pay price difference between what I paid and full price of a new set of Buds. Decided to keep the Buds and bought some after market air tips.
