Certified refurbished should mean that all the necessary parts are provided albeit not necessarily perfectly packaged. The ear buds work fine, but they did not come with all of the in-ear silicone attachment sizes. This would be less of a big deal if it were advertised this way, or if it was known which sizes were being included. I don't regret the purchase, overall, but I cannot give this "refurbished" item more than 3 stars, as a result.

I received mine 3 days ago and the headphones are in great condition. They don't even appear used, and included both small/large ear inserts along with the charging cable. So far the headphones work great, battery life is good. Buying refurbished/used can sometimes be a gamble but based on my experience it is certainly worth the savings.

I love my Samsung Ear Buds2. They don't hurt my ears like others and I love the color options given. I went with lavender. The sound quality is great and the battery life lasts. Overall a great product.

These were not bad at all and my mother enjoys them. Nice small and light.

I was initially reluctant to get refurbished earbuds, but I'm glad I did. They work perfectly! I deducted 2 stars because it was missing the medium sized tip, it only came with a small and large sized tips. I had to get replacement tips, but overall cost is still way less than brand new.

The product was fairly high quality. The only issue is that the iPhone app doesn’t work with this model

Everybody in the family is wearing them. We are a family of 6! Best quality headset i had in a while.

The headphones work really good however there was pieces missing and the packaging was horrible.

Been wanting to try these for a whil3 since im a lotal galaxy user i usually use the airpods ir beats studionbuds or the pro and i was amazed at the spund and clear audio especially with th3 anc on unbelievably worth it and love besr buys open box or refurbished products you save alot of money and haven't had any issues yet

Great sound, volume, and bass. Easy and fast charging station. One suggestion - Make sure correct size ear flange as will fall out fairly easy if too small.

I like these ear buds. They sound really good. They easily paired up to my samsung phone and galaxy watch. I haven't used these during a workout, but I think they are sweat-proof

My wife has been using these everyday and loves the sound quality. She has told me that the sound canceling feature works so well she doesnt hear my snoring anymore while shes reading at night.

I love these earbuds they are my defalt ears buds. they fit perfectly and theres not enough good things a can say about these earbud. now if you lose one ear bud you can buy a replacement one on ebay so... keep that in mind
