These came in the original box and packaging. It would have been nice if they would have put new tape on the box because when I opened the package the items were everywhere. These are missing the medium ear buds tips which seems to be the same issue as everyone else. Those should be installed on the buds and the extra should be in a box with the charger cord. This did come with the small and large. The tips and peace’s were clean

Love the sound and fit. They look like they've never been used before.

Very Disappointed with this. Haven't even used them yet due to the earbuds being full of ear wax and gross. Waiting to get new buds in to see if they even work. Even though its refurbished, you would have at least thought it would have been cleaned and the bud tips would've been replaced.

I couldn’t try these out. They didn’t come with any earbud tips. I get that these are supposed to be refurbished but they are more like returned and resold. No one thought to re-take the box so when I opened the package the items were all over the place. The description says “includes s,m,l tips and I got 0 tips. On the plus side they do look clean I have pictures of what came in the box. I even removed the box cover to see if they were underneath.

Only issue and big issue was hygiene. Was not expecting Certified refurbished to be unhieginic. I can see wax on earpins

Purchased. What was refurbished?? Arrived missing the foam ear tips.

Purchased this product following the description that says "Certified Refurbished". What I received was an open box, literally, with a broken sticky tape "seal" and a used set of earbuds. Totally disappointed with this experiencie. Certainly won't trust Best Buy again when they advertise a refurbished item.

Buds work great and look great. They come in the original box with the majority of the needed accessories. However, I say majority because mine did not come with a quick start guide or the medium sized ear tips. Had best buy send me another pair to fix this problem but that one also did not have the medium sized ear tips or quick start guide. This may be a problem for some since you need a proper seal on your ear canal to take advantage of the active noise canceling. That can be hard to achieve without the right fit. After talking to customer service about this issue they refunded me $10 for the missing accessories. Overall a good working product but without the right sized ear tips for your ear canal it may slip out and cause annoyance. Pictured below are the ear tips included and how it looked when I first opened the case out of the box.

The galaxy buds 2 are amazing. They are confortable, provide great sound, and thr touch/tap functions are convient and customizable. I struggled for a long time to buy these because they are so expensive, but when I saw that I could get them cheaper refurbished I went for it. I have been very happy with my decision. They worked great right out of the box. I was very happy I decided to buy them refurbished intstead of brand new/full price. I have had no problems.

The ear buds are really good, thew work great, and the size is perfect for my small ears, cause its difficult to find ear buds that fit. The product was with the accessories but didn't include the original box. I think it worth it cause i save money and they work!

Missing silicone earbud tips as mentioned by others. Strangely, I received 2 large, 1 medium and 1 small as shown in attached photo. I was about to return from not wanting to use a small and medium tip but I remember I have lots of spare tips from other earbuds. Tried them and it fits fine on the earbuds. I used the earbud fit test to confirm fit in my ear. Connection to my Galaxy S21+ was seamless. It even prompted to update the firmware. Very happy that I bought it as this price.

Looks brand new and works perfect. But came without the eartips.

Samsung buds2 turned out ok. Not too dirty or anything as my first used purchase earlier. Only complaint is missing eartip. Supposed to have three pairs - it came with two. Otherwise earbuds work good. No issue that I have observed. Almost like new

The Samsung earbuds are pretty good earbuds but I like my Alexa Buds better. You can get enough bass out of them if you tweak your eq settings but out of the box they don't really have enough bass for me. They do look nice and it's nice that you can sit them in the case on a wireless charger.

These buds are well made and gets the job done. Battery life is great and the sounds quality is balanced. Low to no connection breaks from a good distance from my phone and smart watch.

Refurbished Buds worked great....after I bought ear tips for it. It shipped with no ear tips. No mention in item description that some parts may be missing. Contacted BB Customer Support. They said I could REPLACE the item or get a refund at my local BB. Local BB had no openbox replacements on hand so said can only get a refund of what I paid for them. Would have to pay price difference between what I paid and full price of a new set of Buds. Decided to keep the Buds and bought some after market air tips.

I already have a Buds2 and bought this as a backup. The buds2 came with the small eartips and large eartips. I didn't get the medium eartips, which fits me perfectly. So check your item and missing parts as soon as you get it.

Ear buds, and case were both in impeccable condition. However, first pair I received came with just large and small ear tips for a white pair. I ordered a second pair. This one came with black tips but again mssing the medium size which is what works best for me. Disappointing that these would not be listed as missing or replaced.

The buds work as desired. That said, they are advertised as coming with tips and charger. As others have notes they do not. When i reached out to beat buy, i was directed to a store. All they would do is return. Reached out online and was given a credit. They need to remove the misleading information.

Everything seem to be in the box. Seem to be ok no ear wax. Audio is nice, when put in both ear buds I could hardly hear my surrounding.
