Frustration level: high, difficult to get set up with the functionality that it should have right out of the box. No literature was provided with this Geek Squad Refurbished unit. The look, feel: Heavy, bulky. Too big for a girl, unless you're butch. I am not. The verdict: I couldn't get into it. I gave it to my husband. He seems to like it after I got it tweaked four him.

Perfect watch for everyday use. Very easy to set up and very convenient for quick look at notifications.

Good quality Samsung has a long way to go with watches but a good entry start Feels solid in hand

Great design, looked very high tech, unfortunately, didnt work, so had to return it.

This watch lasted one night, and bricked after an update.

Purchased this refurbished from BB on special for $100. Was flawless, not a scratch when I received. Apparently, most who return didn't realize the watches only work with certain Samsung Galaxy phones/tablets. Allows you to answer phone calls and texts using the watch so you don't have to take phone out of pocket which I REALLY like. The band looks nice but not the greatest. Speaker/microphone is in clasp so it's a little awkward to talk. Has camera but haven't used, it's on band so again, awkward. Battery life 3 days, have to charge using cradle which is inconvenient but same as newer version. Definitely recommend getting the screen protectors with it as I'm always hitting the face on stuff.

This watch is a pretty neat, true its not water resistant, but a small splash won't hurt it, just be cautious when washing dishes and your hands and you will be ok. Battery life was 2 days on average for me with heavy use and 3 days if I pushed it. At this point, I would recommend getting the Gear 2 over this since it will be released on April 11th.

I am a very careful Person who takes very good care of my Items. I had this watch exactly 50 days. It started to act up. Voice recognition couldn't understand me and sometimes it didn't power on right away. This is my second Samsung Gear watch that had problems. Best Buy returned it using my Geek Squad Protection Plan. The Store said they have big issues using Samsungs Warranty.

I am a gadget nut so I had to have one of these. The idea is nice, especially feeling like Dick Tracy talking to my wrist while driving. I think as smart watches evolve the functionality will improve. Overall cool thing to have. I think it should allow the clock to stay on the screen so I'd know what time it is just by looking at it.

I bought this when it was on sale for $89. It's worth it for that price. I ended up using a $50 gift card so I saved even more money. After I updated it to Tizen it works even better. The battery could be better and I wish there were more apps but I wasn't expecting much.

My original gear with all the recent software updates performs exactly the same as the gear 2, a huge leap forward for us early adopters. I really enjoyed this smart watch now with all the updates, it's very well made and picking up the original at half the price of a gear 2 is a great value. I used my watch with a Note 3 and now the Note 4.

In April the gear 2 releases to the masses. It's a huge leap forward from the gear 1.this watch isn't even a little splash proof. The watch band isn't able to be changed. Infrared for using your watch as a TV remote. Battery will last longer. Doesn't use Droid. The gear 1 was a failure. So wait till next month and spend the extra cash. I took mine back after I heard it wasn't. Splash proof. How idiotic is that.

I love gadget and received this two hours ago. It was received damaged snap closure broken and I cant imagine it lasting since water is likely to get to back when washing hands. Watch band isn't friendly for constant removal. Returning...

great price but I think that you should be able to purchase a geek squad warrenty I don't think 90 days is long enough
