Bought this refurbished phone. Looked like new and works perfect. Of course not latest generation, but good deal to me.

This is my first time buying a refurbished phone and it performs great and the condition is as expected for the price.

Tried to connect it to Boost Mobile but it would not work. I don't know if it was that specific phone or that kind of phone or the service. Best Buy workers helped me for about 2 hours and they were on the phone with Boost Mobile almost until they closed. They hooked me up with a different phone that worked with Boost. Customer service gets an A+.

The s7 is a very good bargain against the cost of new phones. It offers quality features and has performed without issue.

All good except that it came with the wrong charger. Other than that, would've given 5 stars.

I think this is a very great phone but I didn't see much change from the s6 to the s7. Kinda dissatisfied.

I've had this phone for about two months and haven't found anything that I don't like so far. The display and camera are both great. Battery life is a little shorter than I might like but the quick charge makes up for it. Overall I'm very happy with this product.

This 'open box' Galaxy S7 is essentially a new phone. Not a single blemish in it and in perfect working order. This is the upgrade I needed for my S5.

I don't know what other people were complaining about, but when I bought this phone it came with everything included. The only thing it didn't have was the original box (came in a custom one). It was a great price for a great phone. Everything is working great. I definitely recommend this.
