This is a great Android tablet. Received the tablet pretty fast. It's a white box with Geek Squad Certified Refurbished stick on it. Opened the box and everything is inside. There is no scratch or dent on the tablet and no sign of use. It's just like a brand new tablet! The tablet is really fast, and the display is fantastic! The color is so vivid. I love this tablet so much!

Love the actual product, great speed, great screen, resolution is fantastic, but there was obviously a reason it was a refurb. When the tab goes in sleep mode, when you try to open it back up some times the screen goes black and flickers and you have to continually hit the reset button before the screen comes on. It's been to service twice and they cant fix it and dealing with Samsung is no easy feat.

I did a lot of research and this seemed to be the best tablet for the money. I have thoroughly enjoyed the screen quality and thin design. These two features set this tablet apart from any other.

I got mine as a Geek Squad refurbished product and it was a great way to save some money. This thing looks and runs like new. Anyone looking for superior screen resolutions should check this tablet out.

The tablet came with a scratched screen and several scratches on the home button. I was able to get a full refund (may be because of the relaxed holiday return policy).
