I was very hesitant about a refurbished product, but this tablet was like brand new. Not a single mark on it. Runs beautifully. Incredible quality. The screen is gorgeous and the abilities this tablet possesses are phenomenal. I read hundreds reviews for several different tablets before purchasing this one. Best decision ever. I purchased it and it delivered within 48 hours instead of it taking a week lIke it estimated for delivery. Mind blowing shipping time. The first one that arrived did have WiFi messed up on it. They helped me get another one sent no problem. It arrived within 48 hours as well.

I bought this refurbished Galaxy S Tab and have just loved it since I received it. It is fast best screen clarity ever and has so much power.

I bought this Samsung tablet for my adult son and he just loves it. Plenty of memory to play all the games he wants. Connects fast to the internet.

Tablet is a great size and weight and handles exceptionally well. Have been using it for over a month with no major complaints.

The savings of refurbished price over the store and online price for a Galaxy Tab S 10.5 - 32GB - Titanium Bronze is what attracted me to purchase this item. Most of the reviews had rated the Tab S as an excellent tablet so I was looking to purchase one, when I got the offer for a refurbished one from Best Buy via email. The item arrived after a couple days. It was not in factory packaging as it had been refurbished by Best Buy. It was securely shrink wrapped along with the charger and arrived in good shape. I've had it for few weeks now. Samsung has accepted it as one of their own and I've been able to register the device, get an OS update, and download free Samsung Apps as if it was new. The Tab S has proven to be a very nice tablet. Thus far whatever problem that caused this one to be refurbished, I have not encountered. With the savings from buying refurbished I've been able to purchase several accessories that I required to allow the tablet to some of the tasks I bought the Tab S to do. Overall, I was initially leery about buying a refurbished item; but in this case it has worked out well for me.

Perfect size, very clear screen with a powerful, feature-laden operating system.

I bought this tablet to do work at home and have been more then elated with its function-ability. I bought the blue toot keyboard and makes it much better. I have stopped using my laptop. I wanted a tablet that could substitute all the books and paperwork but now I am going wireless. The only problem is that I cannot write on it but I can live with it because I did not want the note.

Although I purchased refurbished Tablet it works great as brand new. This tablet is much better and faster then previous version (2014, tab4....) resolution is great and I can even remote desktop to my other machines and still able to see full screen. It had some small scrashes on the screen, not too noticible. After I put on the screen protector, you can't see them any more. Much better price (include protection plan).

This is an awesome tablet. So far, I've had no problems with the refurb unit, although I was a little disappointed in the lack of Documentation with the unit... NONE! Buy this, but do your homework before it arrives and you will be very happy!!!

Wow the picture, the ease of use and the apps make this Tablet one of the best. If you want vivid colors while watching movies this tops them all.

I upgraded from a 16 gb ASUS TF-101 that had seen better days. This tablet beats the pants off my wife's 32gb iPad.

I was hesitant to buy a reconditioned tablet, but based on reviews I decided to give it a try. I am very pleased with my purchase and saved a few buck as well. Aside from original packaging, I would never know that this unit was reconditioned. Very pleased!

The pictures have remarkable clarity. Easy to use.

I am very satisfied with this tablet. The only issue which I have is that it takes a while to fully recharge the battery, but I saw that this is pretty common for tablets which are so big. Other than that, I love it!

This is one of my best purchase and I am very happy with it. Being refurbished I was bit reluctant to buy this initially but opposite to my fear it became very good purchase. It really works great, like new.

The galaxy's S Tab 10.5 is much more then I possibly could want in a Tablet. The best part of the Tablet is the one one support firm in store Samsung personnel.

I had an Ipad mini but I couldn't get use to the small screen. I'm older and I kept selecting the wrong thing when using the touch screen and also had trouble reading. I had read good reviews on the 10.5 S but really didn't want to pay that much for a tablet. When I came across the offer for a refurbished unit I decided to take a chance. The tablet came in the original packaging and is in perfect condition. If it was ever used you certainly can't tell from looking at it. It works perfect and I use it way more than I ever did the mini.

The large screen is nice but the battery life is not what I thought it could be .honestly trying to decide if it should return it.
