This watch was delivered when promised and loom like new.

Seems the smarter a watch gets, the lazier I become...lol. My favorite feature of this watch is that I can answer texts and phone calls. It has a microphone that works well. Haven't had any complaints about someone not able to hear me when answering a call

Watch works great!! However...packaging was HORRIBLE!! Watch face was loose with no kind of protection, you could hear it banging around in box!!

I purchased this as a refurbished unit and didn't want to get a separate data plan for it. I bluetooth it to my phone and it works great.

So glad I got this on time for my wifes birthday, brand new watch, even without the original packaging (as expected) but beats my expectations of it, and works like a charm. Great purchased I've always and will continue to buy my electronics from Best Buy

This was extremely nice watch..but to big for me. Kinda pricey...i took it back and bought Samsung active...so far i love the new active

I was a little skeptical purchasing a refurbished watch. Let me tell you all the stress was for nothing! My watch came in perfect condition. It was very easy to link with my Galaxy phone and I haven't had any issues!!

Very happy with the purchase and the fact that I didn't have to pay full price! 3 days after I purchased it the website had it on sale. A simple chat with feel squad and they adjusted the price making it an even sweeter deal

This watch/activity tracker is ok. However, this watch HAS to be put on the charger DAILY! I was trying to get away from this because that was the same problem I was experiencing with my FitBit, but the FB was over 2 yrs old. This reason alone was probably why it was returned. Now I'm beyond mt return time!

Love the style and best of all the watch was very helpful in monitoring my bpm when I was sick with covid.

I love Samsung products. i have not gotten their appliances yet, but their tv's, phones and watches are wonderful. The only thing I did not like was the face is a bit to small.

Great deal and does everything I need. I like being able to preview notifications without digging my phone out of my pocket and using Samsung Pay to do touchless pay at everywhere but Walmart.

Loved how big this watch was and the bezel ring around the face. Did not last very long. Good thing I had the Geek Squad protection on it.
