Best of the best love it easy to use and good for work

I didn’t like the look of the Apple watches, so I found this Samsung Galaxy watch and it still pairs with iOS phones! Perfect! Tons of cool rose gold watch faces. Charges pretty fast. I use it mainly so I don’t have to drag my phone around the house. You can’t text with it (that I’ve found), but you CAN make phone calls. I also use it to count steps, set reminders and alarms, and I get all of the notifications from my iPhone. Just and FYI, the face protectors they “add-on” to buy with this watch, don’t fit. You have to get 42mm watch face protectors. But great watch! I love it!

Exceptional looks, feel, and control. Battery life holds up amidst my productive life. As a CNA, the waterproof feature is a must and does hold up. Pleasantly surprised with the value that Best Buy offered between both price and convenience. Online shipping was earlier than expected and it was packaged neatly and safely.

Great smartwatch with all needed apps. Great size and the battery lasts over one day with all features ON. It was a gift for my daughter and she is delighted. I would gladly buy again from such a reputable brand like Samsung.

Got this for my 75 year old hubby and he loves it. It talks to him. He spends a lot of time in his chair and all of a sudden it told him to “Try to stand up” he called it a few choice words then laughed. It has been great and he loves it. Thank you Geek squad for refurbishing it. It came without a charger and we went to the store and they gave us one.

I love this watch i, i wear it everyday and is durable enough to wear at work !

Very good watch. It's my second year having it and have never had any issues. Battery life lasts all day and night. I was a little hesitant at first because it said refurbished but it came flawless.

I read the negative reviews on this watch and was hesitant at first but then decided to take a chance. It's a good thing that I did. So far, after having it for two weeks, I have been getting excellent battery life up to 3.5 days on a single charge. That's with disabling notifications for a variety of apps that I don't need on my watch. The only complaint that I have is with the watch band. The band is solid which means no air can circulate through which made me go buy a new band with holes so I can get air circulation. This is why I gave 4 stars. For being a refurbished watch, it is just as good as brand new. No scratches, dents, or cracks but I purchased the Geek Squad protection for added assurance to my investment. I felt so confident for the watch being refurnished that I went ahead and bought another one for my sister for Mother's day and she loves it. A great buy.

decided in the referbished one as it was a better deal came looking like new. The battery can last about 3 days depending on usage. Works nice when hooked up to a bluetooth headset so you can use with out carring a phone for music only. Very comfortable to wear not to big but not to small

Great feel, look, design. Very useful in relaying info. Great price point for such a device. Paired with my note 9, I had no problems at all. Also, Samsung pay for those points too!

The watch is nice and i came into the store and received help getting it paired with my phone. .. good service. It came with the smaller of two bands. I will be purchasing the large band soon.

I bought this for a b-day gift for myself and to replace an the Samsung Gear S2 purchased back in 2016. What an upgrade especially being able to talk on the phone without having to actually use my phone for quick conversations. Love the style, the daily briefing feature and all the different exercise options under the workout function. Very please with my purchase as Samsung is my go to when it comes my phones, watches, TV's and major appliances.

So, I'm a pennypincher. Who isn't these days, right? As far as the Samsung watch, it's phenomenal. It tells time; offers you the ability to change faces endlessly (be aware, you'll never wear your traditional watch again); answers calls, text, and email; it stores and plays tunes. But this one was a refurb. I know folks freak out over that, but as a former support tech I learned that there is one significant reason I buy them. Your average electronic product has no dedicated audit of its functions after it rolls out to product. Every refurb is lab-tested to specs to ensure that it works as promised and cuts your price usually by around 30%. AND the device case, strap, etc is usually replaced with new parts to give it the new look. You can't lose!

I got my watch for Mothers Day...it came fairly quick. It's the perfect size for me. No scratches and it came with the Samsung brand charging base. The charger cord and wall plug was another brand, but that's no big deal. Battery life is great. I have my lighting pretty dim. Answering calls with ease. Quick texting and other functions work great!

In good condition, wouldn't know it was refurbished except that it didn't have the original packaging. I have purchased open box and refurbished items many times from Best Buy, never had an issue.

Received the watch ahead of schedule but BB shipped 46mm bands with a 42mm watch. The watch is great and can't wait to use it but BB wanted me to return the watch just to get the correct watch+bands. I decided to get some new bands off of Amazon instead. Returning a whole watch just to get the correct bands seems to be a big hassle instead of just crediting the customer for the cost of the bands or sending them the correct bands.

Battery life is 4 days and love the touch or non touch feature

I can't express how much I love my watch! I love the customization features and the basic functionality of the watch. I can read & respond to texts & emails as well as take calls. Love it!!!

For as long as I've had it, it lasts. I've beaten it up pretty bad, and it still doesn't have a scratch on it. The rotating bezel makes it easy to swap screens. Also the built in speaker is equal to an Iphone 6 speaker. 10/10
