I was skeptical buying a refurbished model, but all I can say is so far so good. This thing is beautiful, packed with features, and the battery lasts for DAYS! My previous watch was the Gear Fit2 Pro, which was great and served its purpose. I wasn't sure I would like the size of this one, but I've gotten used to it and haven't banged it on anything (yet, lol) I did purchase some extra bands and a screen protector which I highly recommend. It's only a matter of time before I whack this thing on something, hopefully the tempered glass will be the only thing that breaks.

Its an older version of the galaxy series watch. Today it is slower than what it used to be, also dies much faster.

Upgraded from the Gear S2, loving it. Battery life is several days instead of almost 1 day (after 3 years of daily use), serrated bezel is easier to turn, band is more comfortable. Two thumbs up.

The battery life on this smartwatch is awesome. I am very active and it lasts 3 days which is helpful to track sleep and for weekend getaways. I have been an Apple Watch user for the last three years. I loved my Apple Watch! I recently decided to give the Galaxy Note 10+ a try instead of updating to iPhone 11. That left me with no watch. After reading many reviews I narrowed it down to Fossil for Wear OS, Samsung Galaxy Watch or Galaxy Active 2. I tried a Fossil Gen 4 Explorist watch first. I like it but it has a crap battery and trying to get everything working with Samsung is a pain. I track exercise, diet, weight, etc. I have to have things syncing through multiple apps to get where I need it. One particular thing has to sync through three different apps. After much looking and a lot more reading, My wife is likely to get me an Active 2 for Christmas so I decided to get a Galaxy Watch. Since it's not the most current product and refurbished units were readily available, I decided to save some cash and get the refurb from BestBuy. Aside from the packaging, I can't tell this is a refurbished unit. No scratches on the screen, case or band. Genuine Samsung accessories: both band sizes and a real Samsung charger. So far, I love this watch. It just works with the phone. Thing of beauty. Initial setup and update was simple, just follow the prompts on the watch and phone. The watch is great looking. I was a little worried about the 46mm size but it really doesn't feel big and looks good on my wrist. Weight isn't any more noticeable than the smaller Fossil. Time will tell, but so far I think this is a winner. As long as the battery holds out better than the Fossil I'll be happy.

The galaxy watch looked like new for being refurbished. Couldnt have asked for better for the price. Highly recommended if you dnt want to spend the extra money.

This watch is fantastic. I have Samsung phones, and this works great with both of them. The interface is easy to use, and the screen is large, bright, and easy to read. Battery life is several days, and with light use I get about 5 days without a problem. This is a heavy watch, and definitely feels like it can stand up to anything I throw at it. Calls are easy to take with this watch if your phone is inconvenient, or if you are in a place where you can't use a phone while driving.

Great watch, would have liked to give it a 5 star but its a little on the heavy and big side. I prefer a minimalist look. Easy to use and customize. Battery life is not as good as a hybrid watch, but for a smart watch its great.

Love the galaxy watch but love it more that i got it from best buy, because of the great info and custormer service. But this watxh is awesome especially for the latest tizen updates to the phone. Great battery but better cause of the update and tons of watch faces free and paid for. Love having music directly on the watch when pairing with the galaxy buds.

I had to decide if i wanted the Galaxy watch new or refurbished. After reading the reviews i made the decision to grab the refurbished version. I could not be more impressed with my decision. Shipping was quick and the watch looked literally brand new. I came with everything that would come in the box but there is no box so don't be disappointed! I have had this watch for a little more than a year now without an issue! Great buy.

I toyed with the idea of getting the frontier version (earlier model) but I am happy with this one. They have some key features that made it the obvious choice. The phone works great and I have no major complaints. some of the software needs to be tweaked though so apps can work better with it but aside from that. It definitely works great and the battery life was key.

Love my Galaxy Smartwatch. Main reason for getting it was to keep my steps and see who calls as I am unable to get phone out and check every time. This unit was a refurbished one and I've had it for over a year with no problems. I do remodels and every now and then bump it here and there. pretty durable.

Picked it up as a Geek Squad refurb for half normal price. Bare bones packaging but everything i needed was there or online. Loaded some apps that I'm familiar with and purchased a couple of watch faces. Another of available content out there even though its a couple of generations old. Battery life is fantastic!

Lack of apps for the watch, build quality feels nice, charging works flawlessly. The color on the faces dial started to peel within a week. Still peeling. Watch works good, but turning bezel already feels like there's something wrong with it. Its hard to turn. No extreme conditions with this watch, just normal wear. I also installed a screen protector.

Absolutely fantastic smartwatch IF you have a Samsung phone. Connectivity with Samsung is seamless, there are tons of amazing features, and the battery life is much better than anticipated.

This is a refurbished Samsung watch, but it works and looks as if brand new. Couldn't have found a better deal! Very pleased with this purchase. The watch itself is awesome and every day there are new features to discover and have fun with.

Great watch. One minor complaint is the rubber arm band - but they make tons of aftermarket ones to choose from. Beyond that, I love the functionality. Great heart and sleep monitors, and I love the ability to control my music on my phone via the watch with 1 turn of the bezel and 1 tap! Great when riding my motorcycle! Also love the Samsung Pay app, dont need to pull out a wallet when getting gas - just pay via the watch! Ive bought a few new digital watch faces as well - each one fits a different mood or even outfits!
