The watch arrived and everything looked great. The screen and case had no imperfections, all the same accessories that would come with a new watch were included. There was no original box, and the charger and cable were 'generics', but they still worked fine. Then I went to use the watch, and there's a large dark spot on the screen (between the 50 and 55 on the dial). Not sure if they're dead pixels or what, but it's something I can't live with. So it's getting returned. Not worth the hassle over getting a new one.

This is the third time this watch either dies when fully charged or this time does not come on when it is fully charged. Since the watch was certified refurbished thought I there would be no issues. I have never been so wrong, "buyer beware"!

This order was atrocious. It came in a zip-lock bag, wrong cables, the rubber strap damaged, the bezel scratched and numbers non-legible, gunk and who knows what type of dirt or bodily skin residues that were accumulated. This was by far the most disappointing purchase on Best Buy, and it was the quality that you would expect from buying from an online auction site that starts with E and ends with Bay or even another site that has the name Craig and ends with List. After contacting customer service, which service was highly questionable, I went to the store and they mentioned that it was from a third party seller, even though it said it was Geek Squad certified. At the time of the purchase, another online retailer (which I shall not give credit but they named themselves after a large rainforest), was selling the same item in a stated better condition for far less, needless to say I paid 60% premium for Best Buy quality to receive something you would find at a garage sale. Please contact me Best Buy, you have still not resolved my concern.

Let me begin by I am happy with the watch this review is about the service, I would give the watch a a 5 star rating. I received the watch in which I would consider more used than refurbished condition, the band and case are in real good condition, there a FEW light scuffs on the watch case that you need to look hard to see. However the watch was dirty like it had been worn for at least 6 months, it was very dirty as well as the band that came with it. I don't know Best Buys refurbish policy but it would have been nice if they would have cleaned it up and give me a new band to go along with it, I don't know how long the watch has been used but I think this should have been sold as used and not refurbished and the price should have reflected it as well. If this watch was sold as used I would not have been as eager to purchase it as I don't know how much life it has left in it. I did purchase the 2 year extended warranty for it, I never buy the extended warranty, not sure why I did but I am glad I did because I think I may be using it. which brings up another point, the watch has a 30 day warranty, which I understand but the warranty starts from the day of purchase not when the 30 day warranty ends and it tool almost 2 weeks before the watch was delivered to me, seems like the warranty would start at the end of the 30 day refurbished warranty. One last rant, this exact watch went on sale new for 10 dollars less than I paid for my watch with the extend warranty, wish I would have waited, I think i would feel better buying a new one with a 1 year warranty rather than a used one with a 2 year warranty at me cost. Sorry for being long winded.

Do not buy the refurbished version of these watches because you never know what you are going to get. The one that I received was dirty with rust and it was missing the bands. I returned it immediately.

I order it very happily to get a best buy refurbished reading the reviews i was soo excited to get when i got it was damaged as soon as i was happy and sad in the next moment. Very disappointing best buy.

The item wasn’t working properly It won’t charge over 30 I sent the item overseas as a gift I’ve received a call saying thanks for the watch But the charging part is messed up That makes me look bad I called Best Buy Spoke to a guy name joseph He insist that there is nothing we can do That was bad business

Received my watch today. Charged it up and started running updates. Works just fine EXCEPT it will not receive text messages. It doesn't even have a message app on the phone! This one is going to the Geek Squad and if they cannot fix that problem IT WILL BE RETURNED! I'm wondering, as it is refurbished and supposedly checked out, how it left the company like that to go to a customer.

I received watch and noticed it had crack on back through sensor. Watch overheats quickly, battery runs out fast and takes forever to charge. Will return it back to bestbuy near me to see if they can fix or replace watch.

It was a refurbished watch. I used like a week a then it broke down, the touch Screen stopped worked and didn't let me do nothing. I buy refurbished electronics items before and didn't have any problems. This was my first time.

This was absolutely horrible experience. Not only did it take close to 1 month to get but when it did come it was not factory refurbished it was just used dirty and damaged and needs to be returned

I like the watch but received ZERO information with it. No Instructions, No warranty Info, No service contact Info, just the watch shrink wrapped to a piece of cardboard.

It sucked! I went through 2 watches in a 30 day period,more or less and didn't want to roll the dice on a 3rd watch. Got my money back no problem.

Wore it once month 3 days after warranty expires the whole watch face went black .Never again will I buy this watch ..Never!!

I bought two watches both with problems one of the chargers didn't work wrong size watch bands they both had dark spots

Never fully works, as you expect it will, turn your arm and dont turn on, had to pressed the button several times.

I'm bought two of these refurbished both of them did not work both of them were dirty. Poor quality!

Bought a refurbished watch,,it only lasted 3 months...what a waste, and of course no longer returnable
