Great Watch, but Dirty From Previous Owner

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.So ordered one to be shipped and when it arrived, it still had dirt on the underside rim and around the bezel which indicated it had been worn A LOT by a previous owner and not even checked well before being resold. The charger plug USB input also looked like it was corroded. Called our local Best Buy Store, they told us to come in, and they replaced it with a nice CLEAN Open Box!! The replacement is great, but between this and them sending a watch screen protector that wasn't in even its box either, we are really disappointed with whoever is checking and shipping from the warehouse!!!! I've added pictures, and the pic of the watch was after I had tried getting a lot of the dirt off!

But I guess I was wrong oh well it still works well for a work watch so

Not everything works on it . I went personaly to the best buy near me and attitude from store clerks and geek squad changed when i told them it was a refurb. And the imediatly hand it back to me and said nothing we can do just send it back.. they wouldnt even look at it

I understand we got it used, but there was no disclosure that there wasn't going to be a charging dock.

There were dried off gunk in the watch crevice and the wrist band would not latch on properly. Otherwise i would've kept it.

It's definitely a good product but maybe I'll buy new instead of refurbished next time
