I like to shop best buy cuse the customer service is great friendly, respectful I like it I recomended for everyone

I was really excited to try the Flip4—it’s sleek, compact, and the foldable design is a head-turner. But unfortunately, my experience took a hit—literally. The first time I accidentally dropped it (from a modest height, mind you), the hinge jammed and I couldn’t reopen the phone. No cracks, no major damage visible, but the folding mechanism just stopped working. For a phone marketed as durable and built with improved materials, I expected better resilience. I tried to send it in at Best Buy for repair, but due to being a Refurbished product, the warranty didn't apply. It’s frustrating that a single drop rendered the main feature unusable. I’ve had slab phones survive worse falls without issue. Aside from that, the phone performs well—great display, solid battery life, and snappy performance. But if you’re considering this model, be aware: it’s not as drop-friendly as you might hope.
