The device itself didn't work, and I had to return it. The help i received from the employees at my local bestbuy was great. I went to the geek squad and had them take a look. They told me that a chip was malfunctioning, and that i should return or exchange it.
I would recommend this to a friend

It is the best phone. Easy to use. It has a good appearance. You can use it as a phone or like an iPad. I use it for my work in all fields.
