I've never purchased a refurb item an I'll never do it again only had item for week an won't be getting it back till maybe the 12th

I wanted one the day they came out but didn't get it and now I'm glad I did!

This watch was great as far as pairing and functionality. But fit wise was not a great fit for a small female wrist.

Buy this! My teenager wanted a smart watch for his note 4. This watch works perfect.

The battery doesn't last as long and the charger sucks Had to go with the Fitbit

the band and face is so wide it aggravates your skin

I had gotten this as gift for my sister for her android phone. She was not able to connect it. I had her go to bestbuy store and had a geek squad person connect it for her, but it was unsuccessful. She ended up trading it in for something else

The smart watch craze is quickly taking over and just like a lot of people, I wanted one. Having done a lot of review reading online prior to my purchase, and owning a Samsung Galaxy S5, I chose the Samsung Gear Neo 2 as my smart watch. I have had the watch for about 2 months now and wanted to give a review talking about some of the things I was looking into for a smart watch when I was search to better help you make a decision you can be happy with! First, Aesthetics. The Gear 2 neo is plastic and not metal like the gear 2. It still looks great. You may think like I do as well, and wanted something that wasn’t so flashy and “techy” looking, rather just use the watch for health and active reasons. The watch face can be set to stay lit all the time (shorter battery life which we will talk about later), just when you push the button, or my recommendation, lights up when you raise your wrist to look at it. Overall, looks clean, nice, goes well with almost any outfit, while maintaining great durability, and not easily scratched. Capabilities. A few things I wanted to touch on here. One, matches up wonderfully with a Samsung device. Download is easy, link up couldn’t be easier, and the app to control my watch from my phone with instant response time works great and allows for a lot of customizable options! (Something you may be into if you are a Samsung fan over an apple fan). Second, the Bluetooth call feature. Works great, speaker is a good volume, mic works well and comes in handy when driving or traveling on the road a lot! Heart Rate Monitor. Eh... If you’re sitting still not doing anything, it works great! If you are exercising, sweaty, moving AT ALL, breathing too heavy, thinking about moving… it won’t work. It is fairly accurate though when it does work! Running and GPS. Samsung has a great community built around their watch! You can download free apps and run with friends, compare times, race strangers, a lot of fun! If I run with the Samsung app open with my Endomondo (non-Samsung) running app, it works great and it accurate. However, when I run with just the GPS that the Samsung app uses, I run about 1.75 miles before it says I got to 1 mile. I’m not sure why it does that, but it is kind of a pain when the GPS isn’t accurate by itself and it is one of the main reasons I bought it. Overall I would still say a good selling point for the price you’re paying. Lastly, battery life. Outstanding! The days that I was heavy on the Bluetooth capabilities if I was driving for work and talked into my watch a lot, I usually charged it at night to be safe. You have to be a heavy user for it to die in 1 day. I usually went about 2.5 days before having to recharge. You may find this is an issue with most other watches, but definitely not this one! Overall, even with the occasional hiccups on the running aspect, I would certainly recommend this product! Extremely customizable, fun to use, looks nice with almost any outfit, and a great way to stay connected quickly with text, emails, and calls!

Never buy anything refurbished from Best Buy. I promise you, it will be defective.

It did not work with my phone.. They told me that it would..

First off, I am a Samsung junkie. love thier tech. and this is no exception. works, synchs, and looks great. I loved it! notice... past tense. the case is made from plastic, and the band is a plasticky rubber. first thing I did was replace the band. then I really loved it. then, the tab that holds the band to the case broke. I only had it 2 months, long enough to grow accustomed to having it. now I have a watch that works great, and no way to wear it. I would recommend you buy this... but DO NOT FORGET TO BUY the warranty. Geek squad at my local BB says the warranty would have covered this damage.

I didn't get the first one that I ordered but, customer service of best buy has to be admired because they shipped one out right away! The watch looked like it was brand new! Not a single scratch on it. It was supposed to be a gift for my friend but apparently when i gave it to him he had actually purchased one already! The battery life seems to be amazing on it. Speaker isn't that good on high volume.

This was my first smartwatch, which made me realize that I wanted one. Very convenient for checking notifications without checking my phone, HRM was inaccurate, and now that I upgraded to the Zenwatch 2 I realize that Android Wear is a much better OS.

A Christmas gift that I really liked. The apps can be a bit quirky and getting alerts and email setup can result in being notified 5 different ways. But over all its not too bad functionally. Its made of cheap plastic though. The pin socket broke while sitting in a meeting. Sent it back to Samsung. They claimed it was physically damaged. No one could understand the diff between part failure and damage. They wanted $168 to fix. I'd look at other watches before this one.

First off I thought refurbished should be like new. The battery only lasts about 11 hours and that is with the Bluetooth turned off the whole time. The heart rate sensor is broke. I ended up buying a new one and it is so much better. My suggestion put the extra money in and get it new. I will be returning it.

Bought this watch refurbished and I love it. I had a Gear Fit and wanted to upgrade, glad I made this decision.

Got this for my husband's birthday. He loves it and we got it at a cheap price.
