I normally don't purchase factory refurbished items and this was a Best Buy refurbished item which made me even more leery. But I saved $130 on the purchase compared to brand new so I took a chance. I received the Watch and it was in excellent condition. Came with charger and manuals, just not the original box which was fine. It looks and works like brand new, but didn't spend the $299 for retail. I would recommend this product and also "Geek Squad Refurbished" to anyone.

At first I was a extremely concerned because the product was refurbished and I didn't know if there would be a ton of issues with it or even notable scratches. So I reed reviews for days and decided to buy it because it was 120$ cheaper and to remind you if theres anything wrong with it Bestbuy will give you, your money back if you want to return it in the store or online within 15 days. So I paid for 1 day shipping and it came on time which is a big deal and it also was in perfect condition. I'm very over reactive when it comes to scratches on things I just bought but I haven't seen a single scratch on it and i've played with it for about 2 days and i'm becoming to use it more and more utilizing all its features and liking it more. Everyone thinks its a apple watch but its not and it has a bigger screen than the standard apple watch which is more expensive and it has a camera which the apple watch also does not have.

I love using this watch to workout. you can listen to music and it also works so you don't have to constantly be looking at your phone because the watch will ring or vibrate every time you have a msg

I wasn't sure about buying it Refurbished, but it came in packaged nicely. It doesn't look warn or scratched at all! Easy set up with my SGIII and works Great! The speakerphone is a bit on the soft side so if you are doing something that has some noise in the background it's hard to hear. Still Playing around with it a bit. Battery life seems fine. Looks like you need to charge it every 2 days. It didn't come with a instructional book but you can find it on Samsung's website.

For the price and condition this was great watch (I was shipped a gear 2 neo at first but it was corrected ). Lots of features and great on batter. There is a lot of things that can be done with this smart watch.

I bought this watch thinking there was going to be something wrongs with it since it was refurbished but when I got it it was like brand new eveything works great on it and it's for a very good price.

If you are interested in purchased a Samsung Gear 2 - this is the best way to get one. The refurbished product is better than new, because any issues have been discovered and fixed. And I highly recommend getting one of these watches - it has made my life so much easier. No longer am I tied to looking at my phone for every notification - I just glance at my watch and decide whether to pick up the phone. Plus you can use it as a phone. And ... take pictures, view emails, play games, download apps, change the look at will. Buy one now!

I've been a best buy member for many years. This was my first time purchasing a refurbished item from bestbuy and i am disappointed. I purchased the samsung galaxy gear 2 smart watch and the condition was horrible. I should have taken a photo of the watch that was delivered to me, it was extremely scratched and worn. I refuse to believe that their geek squad inspected this item prior to shipping it. I should have purchased brand new. Nevertheless i returned the item immediately...

I big step forward from the Galaxy Gear. Changeable bands, stand alone MP3 player with stereo bluetooth, heart rate monitor and remote control.

This watch is great it has a camera and a remote what else do you need to know.

The watch worked for 1 week and then the face became distorted. Very unhappy!
