I enjoy this fitness tracker especially since it transfers all the data on my S5. Puchased a refurbished unit for half the price of a new one, we'll worth it. The only downside is I have to recharge the watch every few days.

Although refurbished worked well out of the box. Would purchase again

I bought this as a gift for my wife. I've never had good luck buying her electronics (I'm a big techie, not her) but this one she loves. It pairs perfectly with her Galaxy S6 (something never really mentioned in other reviews). The text/call alerts is great because she is never around her phone when I need her to pick up my calls, haha. She tells me the activity tracker portion works great and works seamlessly with the app.

ive had my gear fit for about a month and it is everything i expected. i love the option to set notifications, like phone call alerts. no more missed calls bc i could not hear my phone ring or feel my phone vibrate.

I love this fitness tracker, its light weight and easy to use. I just wish that all the steps would register on my Virgin Pulse app, other than that it is great.

Love everything about it!! It's a watch as well as a fitness instrument! I can go 3 days without having to re-charge it. Love it!

Takes great pictures and convenient to carry and charge. Need to look through your phone to see what pics it's taking...which took a little to adjust to. A little pricey if I had not gotten it onsale.

Got a refurb and has been working good. Wife can answer emails, facebook and collects pedometer stuff. She loves it.

So as a smart device this thing is pretty good. The screen is very bright and resolution is great. Speed is excellent, media controls and notifications are great. My issue is with the heat rate monitor and fitness tracking. The heart rate monitor can only check when you're standing still not during a workout and is only a one time reading. I was hoping it could monitor heart rates throughout a workout but sadly I was mistaken. Also it works well with S Health but still doesn't track all that much, just running and walking really.

The S Gear is very helpful in a number of ways. I enjoy having the time on it along with the various message notifications. I don't have to take my phone out to know what the message says and if I want to respond right away. The steps taken counter is good. However, I do wish there would be some way of calculating the yard, and other, physical work I do beyond just counting my steps. I enjoy the size and colored screen, something I didn't have with my Fitbit device.

Had a few problems finding the right program to link watch to my Samsung phone, figured it would be pretty much automatic. Once the band was linked everything was great.

Having switched to a Note 5 i thought it was worth a try. Use a Nike Fuel Band. it is highly functional. Works well, i just prefer the minimalist design of the fuel band

One of the neat features of my Samsung phone is hands free mode. The watch allows me to answer phone calls using the watch but there is still a level of distraction. The heart rate monitor is not constant. It must be manually started unless the watch is in exercise mode. The sleep monitoring has to be manually started and stopped. SS does make devices that overcome these issues for more $. Great device though.

I bought this item expecting to connect it to mi iPhone or at least in my wife Samsung J5. But I did not work. I take it back
