i'm normally an apple girl, but i didn't want to buy an apple watch because of the price, so i decided to try the samsung. i had had a fitbit at one time, but it didn't last very long. i find the samsung to be pretty good. it doesn't get all of my steps, nor does it get all of my stair climbing, but i think that's because i can't always swing my arms. i use it for my exercise routines and for my everyday step and stair climbing activity.

This watch is great. I have a Galaxy phone so it paired quickly and easy. Updates to my Samsung health app all my steps. I get email, social media updates and texts. Love it.

My wife got this band as a gift. She loves the fit, feel and smart features of the smart band.

Be very careful, this watch can send you to the doctor unnecessarily, I have been forced to use two watches, a Samsung and a Fitbit, and the first one checks the heart of the chest with its incorrect or not very exact counts, I would recommend that you continue to build TV and cell phones, but here it is unnecessary, we already have others with better performance
