A: If you google it, like I did, it will give you the exact dimensions of the band. I have small wrists, for a guy, so I bought the small and am very happy with it. The larger band is under $15 so if you make a mistake and buy the wrong one its not a real big deal.
A: Yes I would say this could be unisex. I am a female and I have a very small wrist-it looks a little bulky on me but not terrible. On a larger person or on a man's wrist it would be just fine. It is not as skinny and slim as the older fitbit type styles.

A: Yes. I bought 2 off Amazon last month. I bought them for my 86 year old mom. She loves that there's a SOS button on this tracker watch. She lost the first one I gave her just last week....with one of the replacement bands on it! Now I'm buying her a second one! Easy to use.
