Customers are saying

Customers highly value the affordability of the Geek Squad Certified Refurbished Gear Fit2 Pro Fitness Watch (Small) as an alternative to pricier smartwatches. However, they express concerns about the watch's sensor accuracy, short battery life, and the screen's proneness to cracking.

This is my 2nd smart watch, and I love it. I love that it tracks my step, stairs and sleep even while is power saving mode. However the only thing I don't like is when in power saving mode I can't get my text messages.

Overall, the tracker/watch is easy and covers all the basics you'll need. However, when using the recommended map my run, you need your phone for accurate pace info and it only lasts about 2 hours 45 minutes of running. It died before I finished the marathon. If your not running marathons, it's easy, intuitive, and fairly accurate when tied to a phone.

Replaced my defective Fit2 with this model (it would log floors rather than steps). Refurb was very clean and no defects. Better features and operability with the PRO. Bands run a little small, so check out the after market ones for custom sizing and materials. Synching with Android was easy and I recovered my downloaded apps from Samsung.

Great at syncing info between phone & watch, sleep tracking is very accurate and even tracks sleeping during day which is huge because I work overnights, step tracking & stair tracking seems to be more accurate since latest update, lots & lots of features.

Nice fit, works great. Keeps track of calories burned. Has a clear screen. Comfortable to wear when working out. Also able to store music on watch so no need for cell phone to listen while working out. 4 Star review because the "Geek Squad Recertified" isn't that great. The first one I bought wouldn't charge and would power off randomly after initial power on. SO, I exchanged it for another. So far, this one is working alright.

I use this to keep up on my emails, phone calls, steps, timer, and so much more. I need to see if I am getting emails from clients and can't always get to my phone so I can see right away if I need to stop and return a call or message. I know if a phone call needs to be answered as it is ringing or not someone I recognize. I count my steps and check my heart rate. I really like this product. Easy to use and dependable.

This device has been very easy to use. It syncs well with my phone. A little confusing was which aps to use to get the best use out of the watch, but once they are downloaded its been great . I have a little trouble with it always recognizing the flights of stairs but that seems to be the same no matter which device you use. I wish you could add them manually. That has been the only downfall

This is my second refurbished Gear Fit2 Pro Fitness Watch. I bought this for my daughter who loves it, only problem was the battery wasn't holding a charge and it was less than a year after purchasing it. Best buy did the exchange and ordered us another refurbished one online.

I bought this fit2pro refurbished and it has worked well for 4 months now. The only time it got a bit glitchy was when I wiped sunscreen on it by mistake and it affected the touch screen capabilities for a few days even after cleaning it. Works great again after it apparently wore off the remaining remnants. Haven't tried it underwater as I don't want to chance it. I have worn it doing dishes though and it has not leaked.

I had one previously and I liked it, but the screen cracked a couple times really easily... I took a chance on ordering another one and even though in the description it said the band size was the same as the large it wasn't, and did not fit

Got this for my 10 yr old daughter for her birthday. I have the original Gearfit, my son also has the Gearfit 2 Pro. We have had good luck with Samsung, their product are very reliable. The only thing with both the gearfit pros is they have to be charged everyday, other than that perfect. Decide on the refurb sincerity is for my 10 year old, but is as good as new!

This watch is impressive for those who need exercise. It keeps reminding me to be doing some exercises if I happen to be inactive over an hour. I have been wearing Samsung smart watch for 6 years. This is my second one and I enjoy some of the features and I find them quite helpful.

I bought this item for myself and my wife to start tracking some of our fitness. I was a big fan of mine, worked great, never had any issues, then I lost it on a flight from Vancouver to Denver. My wife's on the other hand, wasnt lost, it just stop charging after about 10 months of use. I sit here now, 11 months later with a lost watch and one that doesnt even charge anymore. I looked up my warranty and since it was refurbished by Dork Squad, I guess the warranty is void and I cant even get a replacement. What a joke. I defintaely wont be buying referbed items from them anymore. Not happy!

So I had this watch/tracker for years. Was great for so long. Track steps, sleep, heartrate, exercise, texts, time and more. But the band busted. Ordered another and busted within a week. Otherwise I loved this. Ended up giving to my mom and she glued it.

I love smart watches. This one is my favorite for the lower priced watches. I mostly bought it for the smart notifications as I can't check my phone while at work. The vibration on the wrist to let you know of a notification is noticeable, so I don't miss them. The font and brightness is easy to read at a glance. I also like the quick reply feature which you can use on the watch itself, and the app lets you create your own quick replies unique to you.

This connects via bluetooth to a Samsung app on your smartphone. It stays connected most of the time. The battery life leaves a lot to be desired. There is a sleep tracker that is interesting to use, but then it will die on you during the day. It needs to be charged it daily. The stair tracker doesn't work very well. I've gone up and down at least five floors today and it tells me 0. It is nice to quickly view phone notifications and dismiss them from the watch.
