Worked for about 2 weeks then it crapped out. Bought it because price was good. I ended up buying a brand new one and extended warranty.

The item did not work, I had to take it back for a full refund...bummer

Sensor did not work, so brought it back to the store. Decided to return it and instead bought a new Galaxy active watch which I like much better!

Watch says it last 3 days, no it last 2 to 3 hours if I'm lucky, had the gear 2 and the watch lasted me for years I guess samsung is going cheap now days.

Thought you could respond to texts on it but you have to use predetermined respinses

Ordered online and when I tried to to pair it with my phone it needed the original owner's phone to unlock it. I am disappointed that Geek squad certified to function properly is not always true, but I was able to return it at the store for a full refund after waiting in line for a while.

this product was a hype. it was not what its was suppose to be and Samsung did not honor the product in replacement if it was not for best buy warranty. SCREW!!!! please make sure you are covered 100 percent upon purchase of all products from store or your at a loss....

Didn't work coming out of the box, didn't provide instructions or even a packing list. Geek Squad Certified apparently doesn't mean it works! Just a piece of junk.

refurbished is a bad joke..defective best shipped this by boat ..serious. I would not order from then again and then they charge you for return freight

Item never worked and store manager said he would take care of it and it was never taken care of!

I bought a number of less expensive smartwatches from another retailer and returned them, as they were either too hard to pair, too hard to operate or weren't well made. I got this one and really like it. I get notified with phone calls and texts when in meetings when I don't want to take my phone in. I also really like the quality. Pairing and using the features are super easy. The only thing I would like to see are more apps we could use with it.

I wish this Gear Fit2 was still made. It's the perfect size for a small wrist but large enough face to glance and see everything I need while I'm working out or strolling through the mall.

Husband loves this watch. Wears it daily. Has set it for over 4 years.

Excellent features, touch response is good. Battery drains in 1-2 days of moderate use. Switch off when not in use which holds the charge many days. Turn on power saver mode at night to save power. Overall happy with the purchase.

Purchased this watch new about 15 months ago and it just went completely dead on me. Blank screen, no restart, no response charging, all data lost. Of course warranty is past and $70 minimum to mail-in and replace. Even when the watch did work the processing was slower than it should be and GPS capabilities were spotty at best. Worked better for running than biking, while the heart rate monitor only picked up a beat half the time.

This watch is sold as being water resistant up to 50 meters... However if the watch gets water damage the warranty is voided! Mine was in a pool that was 6 ft deep when it stopped working and Samsung refuses to cover it. They do not at all back their products. Based on this experience, I will avoid Samsung when there is a comparable alternative.
