Subwoofer seems a little week but maybe I haven’t found the right level yet.

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q80R Samsung Harman Kardon Soundbar System.
Press the SOUND CONTROL button on the remote to adjust TREBLE, BASS, SYNC, CENTER LEVEL, SIDE LEVEL, FRONT TOP LEVEL, REAR LEVEL, and VIRTUAL ON/OFF.
– To control the volume of the treble or bass sound, select TREBLE or BASS in Sound
Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons
– To adjust the connected Surround Speakers, select REAR LEVEL and then use the Up/Down
buttons to adjust the volume within a -6 to +6 range. The VIRTUAL Speaker function can be turned ON/OFF by using the Up/Down buttons.

We had a very good Sony one previouslyBut the difference between the two is night and day!! My husband was skeptical about the extra cost but he is now thrilled with the immersive sound experience we now have in our living room. Our old LED tv was dying and we bought this to enhance our new Samsung QLED 4K Ultra HD television. The combination of the two makes us not miss going to the theater at all. And we love the fact that we can add speakers for an even bigger surround experience. I highly recommend this product.

Sounds better than any of the Bose I compared to and I also use to play my Itunes through it ! Def spend the extra if you want a quality system !
