Not good several problems so far

Several problems with this device worked great at first but now I can't hear anyone through the device they can still hear me but nothing on my end. Also always when I walk in or out of stores with automatic doors the device would cut out and I would either have to turn my Bluetooth off on my phone or turn the device off then on to resume my call
