    Can take some time to get the settings and set up in your room properly but once done you'll be more then satisfied. This product is a monster. Very pleased couldn't be happier

    Almost perfect for what I needed for a soundbar just lacking those deep base that I was expecting for a pricey soundbar.

    Subwoofer frequently disconnects and reconnects. Regardless of location. We had It 10 ft away from the sound bar then moved it next to the sound bar still has issues. When it’s working it’s good for movies but this sound bar isn’t ideal for music. I would not recommend this sound bar. Another big downside is that some of the features such as alexia are not available unless you connect it with a Samsung tv. I was looking to buy the Sonos arc but the sales associate upsold this as better quality sound and higher value, it really did look great in the magnolia room. I wish we stuck to our research and purchased the other or experienced the issues during my return window. On the other side the pros are nice rear sound.

    This is the best soundbar ive ever owned…..the sound stage is amazingly great which i peared with the samsung s95b 65 inch….

    Garbage system. Hardly stays connected, if you can get it to connect at all. Supposed to connect via eArc/Arc but it doesnt. Tried several HDMI cords to no avail. Will only connect via wifi and then it disconnects from tv for no reason. returning it tomorrow for refund and going with something else. Samsung has really gone downhill lately. Support from them is non existant as well

    Great sound quality. Why 2 stars? plagued with the commonly reported intermittent subwoofer cut outs even with the subwoofer less than 3 ft away and no wireless router within 40 ft of it. Previous Vizio sound bar that was a fraction of the price did not have an issue with the wireless subwoofer.

    left surround kept dropping and the surround sound wasn't that impressive. It seemed like everything was coming from the soundbar even after raising levels on the app.. I really wanted it to work

    Rear Speaker Failure

    The rear speakers have been cutting out since I first installed the system. The blue status light would flicker to indicate that they are not connected. As a result, the sounds would cut out during movies. After much research learned that the issue appears to be due to an inadequate wifi antenna in the rear speakers. Returned the system and hope it will be corrected with future builds.

    Left Rear disconnects randomly

    Right out of the box, left rear channel continues to disconnect...buyer beware...do your research...this is a well known problem with the 990b I'll be returning mine for a replacement ASAP and hope the 2nd unit is not defective... For $1500 bucks...Samsung should be ashamed with all these known issues that have yet to be resolved

    Real speaker will not sink

    This samsung hw-q990b does not work like it suppose too. Had the Greek tech come and set it up and to know advail he could not get the real speaker to work. He tried many times and even look online to see if other people was having the same problem and there were plenty. So I will have Best buy come and pick it up . Very disapointed with this sound bar. Even the rear speaker mount was somewhat wrong which the sale men suggested. The power cable will not go through the openning, so he zip tied it to the mount and is not hiding.So this will be return also. Thanks for your attention.
