Bought this as an open box and it’s been nothing short of perfect. Had a few scuffs and marks but nothing wrong with the performance. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great quality sound bar!!!

Great sound, quality feels super sturdy. Dinking one star as I had to reset the speaker wifi for the speakers to get the surround sound speakers and subwoofer to connect. However, i havent had a problem since.

This is a beast. Hate to admit it’s better than my Bose 700. I love big sound and coming from a Dj you’ll love this too. Great quality too.

Just purchased this to replace my older Samsung HW-K850/ZA sound bar, and I am very happy with my upgrade choice. The set up process was very simple, just pluged in and it all worked. No problems getting it connected with myh LG C8 OLED. The sound is amazing and the rear speakers make this a game changer. Overall I give this a 10 out 10. If you are looking for a easy set up Atmos system, look no further.

I love the power and Atmos spacial sound. However, there is a rea speaker disconnect on older models produced b3fore August 2022.. definitely worth the money!!!!!!!

Great sound! Needed to place subwoofer closer to my seating position in order to get the desired thump at my normal listening volume. Center channel and dialogue very clear. Subwoofer and satellite speakers are about 12 feet from the soundbar and so far no disconnects or drop outs.

Great sound, upgraded from a cheaper model vizio and I dont think I'll ever go to the movies again, it sounds amazing, I'd recommend the remastered 4k atmos black hawk down

Best bang for your buck! Ill buy this over sono arc with era 300 and subs all day everyday

Wow I would highly reccomend!! It feels like I am in the middle of the movie. The rear speakers are soo much better the the pervious models. Really gives a movie theater experice! I cant go past 30 because it shakes my house! The only think to look out for is that the rear speakers cam with European plug instead of US. Samsung customer service was great and sent me a new cord.

I was really concerned about the price of this product but after setting up and play it i love my Samsung Q99OB sound bar thank you all

I was recommended this soundbar by my old coworker from BestBuy Pleasant Hill. He said if u want the best get the Q990. It came in the mail today and set up was easy. Sounds amazing. Like really amazing. The set up us loud and clear. The soundbar is clear. The subwoofer hits nice bass. And the surround speakers add to this amazing package.

Great sound - complete surround. You feel like you are in the movies. Had issues setting up with Alexa to power on and off but other than that no issues.

The Dolby Atmos separation is phenomenal! I'm having some issues with the sub cutting out occasionally. Also, the sound and video are way out of sync when playing Blu-ray discs. The sync adjustment on the soundbar is not enough to fix the problem. Maybe I'll try a new HDMI cable. The bass is really good for movies. Sound quality for music is just ok.
