Has some quirks to get used to but overall it is awesome! Love the sound choices it offers and the adjustment for the sub woofer.

We have 3 ofvthese sound bars for our 3 Samsung smart televisions.
We are pleased with the quality of sound we receive from these sound bars.
Gave it only 4 stars as the bars don't produce the deeper robust sounds as well as they should.

It worked great… for two weeks.
Stopped connecting to a brand new OLED TV.
Came home, turned on TV, no connection. Went through all the troubleshooting. Would turn on and try to connect and then turn off. Returned and only option was to send in for warranty repair.
Three weeks later, still not back.
BTW: TV and soundbar are both Samsung. Bought this soundbar because of its recommendation and ability to use Qsymphony.

great sound bar but the fact i paid 300 and it goes for 200 is questionable. Alexa seems to just turn on and interrupt our show or movies sounds great but I'm sure sounds a lot better with the subwoofer and speakers. wouldn't recommend you to just purchase this alone

The soundbar was delivered promptly, packed well and easy to install. My issue is the manual for the remote is not very helpful regarding what the buttons actually.
So I had to YouTube for better instructions.

Bought this for my parents. Did not need separate bass just something better than TV speakers that had good voice clarity. This soundbar had enough bass for OTA TV content with clear voice. Would recommend.

Sleek design and attractive in front of the 65" TV. The sound quality is nothing like I've heard before. It's easy to understand what's being said on the TV.

I bought the soundbar for my father, he seemed to enjoy the audio quality and it was a blast watching him go through it, but the set up process was tricky. Especially considering the vague instructions that came with it. Thankfully, I was able to search up a few videos and reviews on it online to help us. Other than that, the audio can definitely sound a little quiet at times.

To take full advantage of your new soundbar, download the SmartThings App to your smart device. This will allow you to control your soundbar as you would with the provided remote, but with the added advantage of seeing what changes you make on your device.
To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: ADAPTIVE SOUND, DTS VIRTUAL:X, MUSIC, GAME, STANDARD. When you press the SOUND MODE button it will change to the different modes in the above order.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the TONE CONTROL button.
If you are looking for additional bass, beyond what the HW-S60D can provide, consider adding the compatible SWA-W510 Wireless Subwoofer from Samsung to take your audio experience to the next level.
