I ordered my Samsung Washer / Dryer Pedestal in the store. Over the next few days I received a number of notifications including an estimated date of delivery. The final notification I received was to let me know that the pedestal had arrived a day early! I arrived at the store and picked up the pedestal and took it home to install. Even though the box showed no damage I noticed a dent in the side but I already had the washer on top and 1/2 bolted down, so I chose to keep it (the dent was toward the wall, so no big deal) If it weren't for the dent I would give the entire experience 5 stars. lesson to take away: Open the box IN THE STORE to verify that there is no damage.

Finally got these 18 months after buying the washer/dryer. So much easier to load & unload now, and great storage in the drawers. These are great!

These Pedestals are structurally sound, matches my washer and dryer. Easy to set up, aesthetically pleasing, and gives my washer and dryer a good height where I do not have to bend over and I can load and unload my washer and dryer easily. The dials and buttons are also at a good height. No issues at all.

My concern was if the product would fit the upstairs laundry tray, which it does perfectly. Looks good and makes the space more functional.

The drawers have lots of room for storing laundry supplies, but my detergent bottles are too tall to fit. Adds good height to the machine to save my back

Perfect!! It made doing laundry so much easier. My back doesn't hurt a more when I do laundry. Now I look forward doing my laundry.

My wife loves them, brings the loading point to her height so she doesn't have to lean over to load the units. Pretty easy install, you obviously need a second person to help lift the units onto the pedestals. Kind of expensive at $280 each, but well worth it in the end.

The pedestals give added storage space and facilitate use so that we do not have to bend far down to get the clothes.

I really like the pedestal for the dryer. It provides storage and raises the dryer to save on bending over.

Like how much room they have. Now my set is more my height and I'm not bending over to the floor.

Unless you are willing to build a custom installation these are essential to get the washer and dryer up to a reasonable height for loading and unloading. Just my opinion, but I replaced my top-loading washer and dryer and I never cared for having to practically crawl into the old dryer to get things out of the back. These provide just enough height that I don't need to do that any longer.

We purchased two of the pedestals. One for our washer and one for our dryer. These bring the height of both machines up to a more comfortable level for loading and unloading laundry. They look nice as well. The drawers could be redesigned inside though to allow for a little more room for storing things. Not large enough for laundry soap containers to sit upright.

Imagine an upright washer turned on its side facing you. This is the best way I can describe a front loader. Therefore the front loader sits much lower than your dryer. The laundry pedestal has a drawer in it with a divider 3/4 of the way over. You cannot move the divider. All I really store in it are the instructions to the washer. My detergents are liquid so I will not risk laying one on its side. Same is true with my fabric softener. You cannot even place your laundry basket on top of it so that you can load it properly. The only benefit this pedestal serves is to reduce bending over to wash your clothes. It is over priced and really would only recommend it to people who don't wish to bend over or hurt their knees by kneeling down. I leave that choice to individual discretion.

Matching color pedestals for washer/dryer. A little shorter than the pair they replaced, and won't shut with a gallon bleach bottle inside. Guess we just have to by short bleach/soap/softener bottles from now on. If it was just me, I'd stack the washer/dryer and buy/build a shelf. I also think they are too expensive for what you get

I wasn't sure if I wanted these or not as they make the washer and dryer so high that you can't fold clothes on top of it. But, my husband is 6'3" so no problem for him! I store all kinds of stuff in the bases -- not just detergent.
