Case stopped working 31 days in, no resolution.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This $70 phone case stopped working 31 days in. Prior to that it was a really cool case. Not super protective, but the display function was cool. I went in to Best Buy on that 31st day, they told me the return policy was now 15 days and that I needed to call Samsung. I've been fighting with Samsung for 4 months now to no resolution. They keep dodging me and not taking care of the problem. I see multiple other reports of the case not working.
