I wanted a bluetooth speaker that I could use for music and for phone calls. Looked at Bose, Beats, Logitech, and this Samsung speaker. I really liked the Logitech for it's highs but it had low marks for bass. It had a super tinny sound at louder levels. Beats was disappointing all around and Bose was good for bass and not as good for treble. Bose also didn't have a speaker phone function and was the most expensive of the speakers at the time. Even at the the price and no speaker phone, I was leaning towards Bose because I thought it sounded the best. That is until I heard the Samsung speaker. It's great looking, feels very solid, has great bass, great treble, and has a speaker phone setting. At the time, it was $30 less than the Bose too. Love it!! Bose, to me, still delivered the best bass but the Samsung is almost right there with it. Of all 4 speakers, this Samsung was the best all around. Again, it delivers super bass and the best treble of the 4 speakers I listened to. The build quality, speaker phone setting, and price sealed the deal for me. Now it has an even better price! Again, as far as full range of sound, I think this speaker was the most well rounded. When I added in everything else, it was an easy choice to purchase the Samsung Level Box.

I love the look of speakers. It looks and feels like a high quality speaker unit and the sound is not disappointing. No problem getting it to pair to the devices we have - iPhone, iPad, Android tablet, and Android phone. This might seem like a no brainer since I've had other Bluetooth devices that were just a pain to pair. You also can hook it up to non-Bluetooth device using the headphone jack from your device. The sound quality is great for such a small footprint. I used this out in our garage while my son while working on my car and it filled up the space wonderfully. We turned it up pretty loud and I was surprised that the sound didn't distort at all.

The sound of the speaker is very clear but I also love the base. It is a very beautiful speaker. It is worth the money. Good, little, powerful and beautidul speaker. I love it.

All I can say is Beats and Apple better watch out. Samsung is giving them a run for their money with the new level line of speakers and headphones. There's no comparing them. Samsung is making waves in every line of products, and that's coming from an Apple user!

This was the worst speaker i have ever purchased! i went through 2 of these speakers in a week and then ended up returning both! the battery life was horrible, it only lasted for 3 or 4 hours and the battery indicator sucked, it would say that it was less than 25% and after i plugged it in for 2 minutes, it would show that the speaker was completely full. the Bluetooth range was also horrible it would go for like 10 feet and then start cutting off. i returned the first one because i thought it was just a faulty unit, only until i found out that the second one had the same problem AND it was the wrong speaker in the wrong box, it didn't have the features listed on the box and it was a different model number. Samsung has really messed up with these speakers. if you want a good speaker, spend the extra $30 and get a UE BOOM.

looks good. it's small. feels well built...but it was D.O.A. (tested it with different chargers as well) and wouldn't even power on. Documentation inside the box didn't even match the product. I can't believe this originally had a $170 MSRP

I'm always trying to find a great sounding bluetooth portable speaker. I read the reviews for this Samsung (it got great reviews), and with the great price offered for it, I figured I'd give it a shot. Boy what a mistake!! Average at best. Highs and mid range is pretty weak. Lows are ok but can't get too loud or it'll distort. I don't recommmend, even if its at a great price. For a much better sounding speaker, get the Creative Woof 2 or Jawbone Mini Jambox. These have great treble and bass for its size, with very minimal (if any at all) distortion when turned up.
