I had problems with this machine about two weeks after I received it. Called Best Buy and was told I had to call Samsung. This proved a difficult task as the customer service is out of country. The servicing center is in a city 200+ miles away. The repair ticket had incorrect contact info. The repairman/dealer was rude and condescending. The washer had several issues; water did not spin/drain completely, the tub did nit fill properly and the washer would not work unless the hot water was used to wash even when the cold water selection was used as a choice to wash clothing. Running my hot water would cost me over $300 a month if I ran the hot water to wash clothes since we use hot water for other hygienic purposes.

Easy install. very quiet. user friendly and no problems after a week

Do not buy this dishwasher. Simply miserable experience. I was initially attracted by the features, and the rack design, and quite frankly to upgrade a sketchy old one that was quite loud. Within a month of the install, I had to have a Samsung tech out to fix the inside rear plastic line that supplies water to the racks, who had no idea what he was doing, and popped it back in and said "keep an eye on it." No other fix. About 8 months later, the dishwasher started cutting out in the middle of cycles, and then would not turn on at all. Yet again, the same Samsung techs came out, replaced the control unit, and it wouldn't work. They said yeah, seems like an electrical problem, we don't work on dishwashers that much, sorry, and left. I then hired my personal electrician to come look at it, who found that the original best buy installers absolutely pulverized the romex line supplying power to it when installing it, stripping it down to the copper. Once replaced, it works again fine. A year and some months later, the middle rack is now totally broken and doesn't stay in place or clip in, so it's free floating and comes out every time you open the dishwasher and you have to juggle it while loading and unloading. Ridiculous. This is not a serious dishwasher. It cleans, when it actually works, but that's rare. Don't buy it.

No issues. Easy to use with lots of features based on dish load. Dry quality is good but slow.

This is the quietest dishwasher i have ever heard (or technically not heard) beautiful design. My only really con i would say is it keeps going offline in the app which is a bummer but very user friendly.

I’m really liking this washer after the first few loads. My clothes smell so clean, I didn’t realize how my old washer wasn’t actually working to clean our clothes. It’s super quiet and easy to use.
