My clothes are clean and smell fresh. Has an agitator but still has a lot of room. It’s eco friendly so it can fill up just enough to get clothes clean. Gently washes clothes. I don’t have to worry about my delicates getting ruined or stretched out.

Would Not Recommend Best Buy for Appliances I purchased a dishwasher from Best Buy and opted for their installation service, a decision I deeply regret. From day one, the installation was poorly executed. My flooring was damaged during the process, and the dishwasher has had persistent drainage issues ever since. When I contacted Samsung, the manufacturer, they confirmed the problem was due to improper installation. But Best Buy’s installation team refused to take responsibility, citing a 90-day installation warranty, even though the issue began immediately and has never been resolved. I’ve been stuck in a frustrating loop, with Samsung telling me to call Best Buy, and Best Buy telling me to call Samsung. No one is willing to own the problem. This experience has been chaotic and exhausting. I’ve never had these kinds of issues with Home Depot, Lowe’s, or any other retailer. Best Buy’s lack of accountability and poor customer service have been incredibly disappointing. I would not recommend Best Buy for appliance purchases or installation services. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

You have either plate spacing or wide open spaces. If you use the perpendicular spacing, you’re limited to that fairly wide spacing. I’m still learning what works best. I love the Smart function!
