The M2020 series is quick to setup. It very simplistic in use which makes it easy. It is black and white only but for small projects/office use its the best money you can spend for laser quality and quickness this printer provides. This is my second M2020. I use one at work on my portable desk (fits also anywhere) and one on my office desk for quick prints.

At my vacation home, I use a Chromebook as my principle computer. Because of that, I needed a cloud ready printer. An ink jet would dry up between our visits so I looked for an inexpensive laser. The Samsung wins!

This printer is inexpensive. This printer is also pretty fast at 20 pages per minute.

Love the fact that it's small, black and white (no need for color) and it's laser and not ink cartridge. Took several hours to set up for wireless after reading instructions online, and once the wireless is set, the cable option is no longer working. Not sure if I did something wrong, but would prefer to have both options. However, given the price, it is a pretty good buy.

This easy to use, black and white laser printer works Great! It's almost been a year to the date of purchase and this little gem still works like a charm! I haven't had any issues. The sound of the paper printing isn't bad and the quality has always been great. I still haven't had to change the ink cartridge that it came with (note: I don't print paper everyday). I would definitely purchase this printer, again, especially for the great price.

I needed a printer for occasional printing in my home office, and this one gets the job done. Setup was a little bit more challenging than I hoped for, but eventually I got it working over WiFi. What I like the most is that the footprint is super small. The printer sits in my shelf and is barely noticeable.

This printer is small and easy to set up. The wireless feature is great bonus.

Purchased two of these printers for as Christmas gifts for friends that are working on their PH.D. They can not thank me enough for the gift.

So far so good, not problems at all, I bought this for a friend and the installation was easy.

The price was right and the toner isn't too expensive

Very easy nonwireless setup and began off printing well. But then after fewer than 50 copies (done over a period of a week) there was pale patch all the way down the right side. Taking the cartridge out and shaking it helped for about 5 copies and then the process had to be repeated. I do not usually do much printing so this is doable and maybe when I replace the cartridge the situation will resolve. I don’t know if this problem is common or if the particular printer or cartridge is at fault. At this point I would only recommend this printer to someone who prints few copies and very rarely. I needed it because I print rarely enough that my previous inkjet printer dried up.

I know this printer is an entry level but it prints so much quicker then the all I one hp I had. It come with a toner and not pain in the rear ink cartridges. I'm happy!

This is a great printer, amazing quality; however, I have to keep going through the steps to connect it to the Wi-Fi to allow other connected devices to print.

Solid printer, exactly as promised, sometimes difficulty with wi-fi connection that forces reset. Otherwise, great value.

I needed a small printer because I carry this printer in and out of my vehicle at my business accounts. It is lightweight but sturdy. Very good quality and easy to use.

Easy installation & it has been printing ever since.
