    It took a bit to get it to work with my computer. It also prints slower then the printer I had before. A Plus: I love being in one room and the printer is in the other room

    Happy with it. Bought a cartridge so didnt use the starter. We have samsung phones so not certain if that made it easier or not setup.

    We have stood on our heads trying to make the default printer this 2020W but it likes to revert back to other printers here. Otherwise it seems to be fine except when it takes a mind to force double sided printing which we never ever want.
