I never used a smart monitor before and I initially had negative feelings towards them. That all changed when I bought this monster. From now on, I am a big fan of smart monitors.

This Monitor is so crisp. My eyes took a minute to adjust. Because I've been using not so great monitors.

The remote and smart TV features -- the key selling points -- are uniquely terrible. The remote doesn't even have an input-select button: you have to navigate through three layers of home screen clutter to pick an input. It also doesn't have a menu/settings button, and same for getting to that stuff. (It does, however, have four shortcut buttons to streaming services that are easy to nudge when using the awkward volume lever.) Samsung's Smart TV home is a bewildering jumble of ads, and is more sluggish and awkward to use than you could reasonably guess. It's also awful as a dumb-monitor -- color reproduction is mediocre, viewing angle is singularly terrible, and the HDR feature doesn't actually add any more dynamic range than SDR mode, instead just making SDR content a gray mess and mapping the HDR space to the limited output range that this monitor has. It doesn't even accept the extra bits per pixel that make HDR work.

It’s a great monitor for work setup and it works great! The only downside to this is it’s not height adjustable.

Works Great with my Mac and PC for editing and browsing. Dont use the smart function so cant comment on how good it is.

If you would like to have monitor with smart features its best in segment.

Working great so far. I didn't really need the additional functionality at this stage, but figured it was worth the small extra money to have it available should I need it in the future.

Perfect for home office. Love that it is 4K. Love that I can watch TV on it. great picture.

Bought this for my daughter. Sounded like a neat idea of a smart monitor. Looks just like my Samsung TV in terms of menu. Now she can sync laptop to it and stream shows. Would buy again.

Pretty nice! Great for gaming and when youre done the controller is right there to watch your shows! Turns from monitor to smart tv in one click!

Good graphics and good sound quality out of the tv for it to be a smaller tv

More than doubled the image size on my laptop screen and makes for much greater eye relief [less strain). A great investment. Connected with the provided HDMI cable and find the sound from these bottom-firing speakers to be very impressive. Have tested the streaming feature and it works wonderfully, but plan to use it 98% of the time as a monitor. The images are fast and clear. Have recommended to others.

I returned an LG, because i thought I’d try something else first. I ended up going back and getting this monitor because it’s just so good. Love the TV option as well.

Great Streaming TV\Monitor. Had an initial issue with the speaker that appeared to be corrected with firmware update.

Bought this for my teenage son and he loves it. Its very easy to setup and user friendly. He uses if for his video games and streaming apps. He has no complaints.

When i got the moniyor, the accesories on the inside were all over the box, the information from the previous owner such as account and settings were still there, is like they just got it returned and didn't bother to adequate it in order to be sold again, all the monitor screen full of fingerprints and dirty, besides that is a decent monitor and is still working.

this is an excellent monitor. the colors are vibrant. when I work on excel or word, i can see the words clearly.

I love my smart tv! Its amazing. I would never go back to a regular flat screen again
