    I ordered this last week as an excellent refurbished which said that the parts would all be there and in excellent condition and that it went through a process to veify this. Upon arriving, most of the cables were missing and the stand had damage to it and missed the majority of the screws, I wanted to return it for another one that actually included these parts but the price increased and I need this specific monitor and I will have to return it just to repurchase it at a much higher price all because best buy does not do much at all to verify that refurbished products are in the condition they sell them for, unbelievably disappointing.
