It’s a great monitor that also works perfectly as a 32” TV. The best thing I bought in a while.

Great for work and entertainment combo! Easily maneuvers from pc component to any streaming service and even consoles! Only downside is the screen when used for dual setup is glitchy and goes black once in a while. Overall decent monitor. Would buy again, but maybe a bit smaller than the 32” for work focused intentions.

This monitor is dope! it looks amazing and great for gaming. i use it as a second monitor for my gaming setup and needed a 4k to match my 4k large monitor. The TV functionality makes it a TV and you can even plug a keyboard and mouse in the back and use it as a remote desktop! good stuff if you're a techie person like me.

This monitor might not be the most color accurate or sharpest but it checks off a lot of usability in terms of media consumption and regular productivity. First, looks wise it quite fetching on anyones desktop. Thin bezels with a minimalist chin and logo. Running on tizen you can consume media without an actual PC. The wireless connection options are great for either PC, Android or OS devices.

Great for multi tasking with the smart features and streaming capabilities. However, I returned an “open box excellent” one due to an inclusion on the top of the screen that I saw from day one. Now I’m on my second one and there is a pixel out mid left screen that took just under 1 month for me to notice or occur. Be aware, may be quick and function well, but screen will have issues. I should have gone with a different option, but the smart feature on a monitor was a big sell.

We use this 32" TV as a computer monitor. It's not touchscreen, but it has very good resolution and is great for a home office.

Pretty good, shows colors well, a bit difficult to adjust.

I share my home office space with my teens who stream, game, code, and veg in front of the TV. The Samsung Smart Monitor has been a solid solution to save space and performs each of these functions well. Setup is easy, attach base to stand and stand to monitor with included screws. Plug in included USB-C power cable then follow the self guided setup for using the included remote or phone for input. The setup is automated, walking through wifi connection, preferences, and ties to select streaming services such as Amazon Prime and Netflix. The built in platform for TV is intuitive and easy to navigate, with a TV guide style channel overview of free content / music. I found that the streaming experience is better than expected, even when connected to low wifi speeds (25 mbps up). As far as user experience, I really like the adaptive picture feature, auto adjusting the darkness if the room is bright or there is natural light. I didn't experience the normal monitor glare or color wash out using this monitor in my sun room, but still get great picture definition when watching in a dark room. Other features include a rechargeable remote with shortcut functions, and a built in assistant for Bixby and Alexa, which is nice for auto changing the source or searching for a movie via voice commands. The monitor also has SmartThings compatibility, providing a central control hub of IoT devices (lights, thermostat, etc). When used as a work monitor, I had no issues connecting to PC via HDMI. The monitor automatically picks up a new source and will display appropriately. In the settings there are options for response time, screen ratio, and display mode which allows for improved screen utilization without eye fatigue. I find myself preferring this monitor over my dual monitor office set up for spreadsheet and document reviews. Lastly, and most important to my teens, the Samsung Smart monitor this is a decent gaming monitor, both using the built in gaming hub or connecting to a PC. While the refresh rate is a bit low at 60 Hz, we can still enjoy graphic rich games without needing another monitor. The viewing angle is almost 180 degrees so I don't have to sit on top of the kids to watch them play. Also there is a setting allowing for ultrawide game view, which is a 21:9 ratio to see scenes that are normally cut off. It's been fun to use the ultrawide view to discover enhanced scenes for some of the games. Overall, the user experience was well thought out and enjoyable for this size TV / gaming monitor. There are a few minor drawbacks to note. First the built in speakers are adequate, but I was left wanting immersive sound to match the picture quality. I found that wireless gaming headphones or connecting external speakers made all the difference. Second is a lack of adjustability on the stand. The monitor is fixed to the stand with no tilt or height adjustment, but does offer the ability to attach to a VESA wall mount. Lastly is the refresh rate, I would have loved to see this monitor >100 Hz to really be a strong performer in both the TV and gaming monitor realm. Overall, if you want the versatility of gaming, work, and TV in a limited space, I really don't think you can beat this monitor. It has a great user interface, easy to navigate between inputs, and can stand alone without the input of a PC, console, or streaming service.

Just like the title says, a lot of Korean products fall short 2%. 98% great but always something missing or not working properly. Bought this on 02/27 and has a dead pixel after only 3 weeks. using it for stocks. Only used it for active stock watch. Samsung customer service is terrible. Asked me to send it in before shipping a new one out. Will not be purchasing a Samsung product or dealing with Best Buy's 14 day return policy again.

This Samsung Smart Monitor M7, powered by Tizen platform and built-in Alexa, offers me more than I expected from an affordable 4K monitor. First, it is not just a monitor but a TV as well. As soon as I unboxed it, my first impression was that it has a decent build quality, but to the price point, it makes sense, and I'm okay with that since it does not undermine its functionality and performance. With that being said, the monitor lacks a few much-needed options, such as adjustment offers tiltability only and lacks the ability to adjust the height. The screen is a stunning 4K with a refresh rate 60Hz which is meant mainly for the mainstream. However, I was able to play games on it, and I did not experience any screen tearing or shuttering. It lacks an ethernet and audio port. The device relies on Wifi 100% to perform and execute its features, and the remote control keys are kind of finicky. Volume/ channel selection I wish it could have been buttons instead of clicking. In addition, it tends to slow and lag for a few seconds upon changing apps or returning to the home screen. Nevertheless, it does impress me with its picture and sound quality from its integrated speakers. Acting as a SmartThings hub allows me to add my standard smart devices to it, and while watching/ working, I can simply check cameras and control the thermostat and lighting, etc... Remote control is similar to the one Samsung uses in its TV line up. Dedicated buttons to access streaming services are fantastic. I/O ports offer good options with auto input switching: 2 HDMI, 3 USB, and 1 USB 3.0 type C that provides power delivery of 65 watts which I found very handy as I connected my MacBook Pro 13 M1 and was able to work and charge at the same time. Since it is smart, it offers a bunch and a vast collection of steaming channels for FREE with stunning picture quality. Streaming services contents such as Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, Apple TV plus, Hulu shine; thank you for the picture quality. The app store is huge and full of various apps, but I do feel I'm going to need most of them, but it is good to have it. Accessing MS 360 office wirelessly and DeX support is a solid feature. They work flawlessly and issues. Other impressive features include Apple AirPlay 2, Google Chromecast, mirror smartphone, and the use of a smartphone or tablet camera to mirror on screen. This smart monitor/ TV does everything I need with wire-free convenience—great value and performance.
