The monitor lasted 2 months and then the USB-C connection stopped working. I shipped it to Samsung for repair and it arrived back with the USB-C still not working. I have tried 2 different cables and two different laptops and none of the combinations work. Both cables and laptops worked prior to the original and uncorrected port issue. The HDMI ports do on the other hand remain working, but really aren't why I bought this monitor as of course the built in USB hub doesn't work through those ports. When the "repaired" monitor was received back, not only does the USB-C port still not work, but there are now a cluster of dead pixels in the top right, and I can see every place the repair facility pried the thing apart. There is marring on the top where they separated the front and back along with the right bezel being bowed out from what appears to be prying there as well. The response from Samsung thus far has been the same as it was before. Someone is looking into the issue and will decide if I need to send it back for an additional repair or replacement. You know because because the prior repair went so well, why wouldn't I want to do that again. Buy something from another brand as even the new M8 version is basically this thing with an updated look. They just added a camera.

Good smart 4k monitor. It can be used as TV or montior and best part is it supports wirless casting from smart devices like tab, phone and laptops.

If you want a TV that can be a monitor this may work for you. Unfortunately, I wanted a monitor. This unit does NOT like being a monitor. It forgets that it is a monitor and tries to show you TV options. Every time you reconnect it you end up looking for the remote to force it back into monitor mode.

Monitor works great functions just like a smart tv but better. No need for a lap top the Samsung Dex does everything you need.

I bought two hut the remotes were on the same channel so i couldnt control them independently. Otherwise a solid option.

Ultimately decided to return du its was too dark and too small.

This monitor has all I need in one! It was easy to set up and no issues operating it! Great monitor for the price!!!

my wife needed a larger screen when she works from home. She is a die hard apple fan (barf), this monitor is was supposed to be wonderful. Unfortunately, she got two lumps of coal as both M7 monitors did not work and she ended up with an M8 on the 3rd try which seems to be working wonderfully.

I cannot believe Samsung actually released this worthless garbage. It is just a TV. They call it a smart monitor, but it just not work as a monitor when you just plug it in, and instead it tells me to install this software from a certain web address, and that address does not work. I spent 20 minutes trying to find the software on the Samsung web site and never found it. On their technical support forum, they just say to search the forum. This thing is not a monitor. I wanted a monitor that could do streaming. But instead I fund it is just a TV in the PC section. Beingf returned.

I just wanted to hop out of the game I was trying to get sound to work on this immensely poor piece of technology, to just say, this "Smart" Tizen 4k monitor is without a doubt, the dumbest, poorest tested, and implemented piece of technology that I own. EVERYTIME I buy Samsung, I am disappointed. This, even more so than usual. Input changing is a train wreck, sound is randomly recognized by devices. So much samsung "help" with things you don't need help with. Overly complicated, and the interface is typically Samsung bloated, with most of their features, abjectly useless for 95% of us.

I recently purchased this product, and unfortunately, I encountered a significant issue with it. Upon unboxing, I noticed a crack in the screen located on the top left corner. This flaw immediately detracted from my overall experience with the product. While I understand that manufacturing defects can occur, it was disappointing to receive a product with such a noticeable flaw. The crack compromised the visual quality and usability of the screen, making it difficult to fully enjoy the product's features. I hope that future iterations of this product will undergo better quality control measures to ensure that customers receive defect-free units.

The smart feature is like having constant pop ups. Would not connect via cables, only though air play. I have samsung TVs and love them but returned this and got an LG monitor.

Great monitor, sound and video. Worth every penny!

I love this thing! No it's not a top notch gaming monitor but it's fine for my needs. Movies and videos look great! I mounted it on the wall with an inexpensive Tv wall mount I got from Harbor Freight. No regrets at all with this purchase.

It is a garbage product. One side of the monitor is burned out. This garbage product should be recalled.

Average picture quality. Confusing interface. Samsung also forces ads into the interface, so before you can select the apps that you loaded, you need to navigate through Samsung ads or other sponsored content. Completely unacceptable, and impossible to disable completely.

Was ok until Samsung made the decision for us costumers that we really don't want Google Assistant app anymore, and deleted it from all their smart TVs. That's why I purchased these, was for use with Google Assistant. This is the last Samsung I'll ever purchase.
