Defective Power Supply

Ran strong for 2 months then one day it went out. Will not turn on no matter what I try. Yes there is a small OFF/ON switch, Power button. It’s just dead. Probably a defective internal power supply issue. Previous HP monitor works fine on same PC. Can’t return it as Best Buy gives you two weeks. Guess I am stuck with a dud.

Every time you want to get to your pc its makes you go through a bunch of unnecessary stuff to get to your pc input. It has smart apps but kinda pointless if you are hooking up to your pc. Pictures was OK. HDR awful.

Great deal and smart features

Its badically a tv with a better latency and picture though to be frank. Not the best color accuracy, but for general viewing, with the added benefit of live TV (paid service). its great. Only problem is that 1: you must set up a samsung account. And 2: THERE IS NO AUDIO/AUX output, only audio through Bluetooth or vie hdmi Arc soundbar or reciever…which really really sucks when you have to use bluetooth instead of a wired connection…

Half of the side of monitor has no picture. A friend bought 5 for Christmas, she had to return them all. They were all junk. The one i purchased was also junk.

I can’t have a monitor that starts playing John Wayne movies at full volume on half the screen out of the blue. Unlike the Netflix app, you simply cannot turn off auto play on the monitor itself. I returned it.

Watch out for image quality

If you’re pc goes to sleep, you have to turn the monitor off, pc off, and then turn both back on for the monitor to recognize your pc again. Otherwise, for the money, its a great buy.
