I thought it was a view and it wasn’t so returned it. Was difficult to set up without customer support. Final after almost an hour we got it set up only to figure it out there was no viewing.

In the first week I had this it used up 2 batteries, the one that came with it and one I bought new. After just a couple of days it starts to loose connection with the hub and then stops working in one more day. Not so great.

I purchased one of these sensors and liked it so much I purchased a second one. After a month or two however, one of them stopped reporting motion. It still reported battery level and temperature so I knew it was still functioning but it ceased reporting motion. I considered it's failure an anomaly and eventually set it outside on a cover patio to be used as my 'outside temperature sensor'. A month or so later, the second one stopped reporting motion. It also still continued to report battery level and temperature, but no motion. I also purchased a smartthings hub to use with these sensors. I understand Best Buy has excellent replacement policy but I really don't want another. I want my money back for all three.

Very Poor Connectivity

I've owned two of these sensors for about 3 months. Both units took a long time to connect to the hub, but eventually they did. Both units lose connectivity with the hub on a frequent basis (even when a clear signal is available) and require a reset. This deletes your app connections, but is the only way to keep the units functioning with the system. After 3 months one of the units will no longer connect even after resetting. Warranty service requires the unit to be mailed in. Due to the lack of reliability I won't buy another one of these. Not recommended.
