I am a very light computer user. I browse facebook, google a few things and type up a few documents. My computer did freeze a little the first time that Microsoft updated itself. Geek squad did warn me that might happen. This computer is super light to carry and fast on the internet. I am very happy with my purchase.

This laptop very good laptop for light creative professionals and light gamers. I love the connection with my Samsung Galaxy S8. The only change to this laptop I would want is the addition of an full sized SD card and an 1TB SSD instead of an HDD.

Samsung always makes quality products and this laptop is no different. Nice fast response time and plenty of RAM. My wife uses it for gaming in hd and has no problems. We would buy this laptop again however it needs a touch screen upgrade as almost all the other laptops for sale were.

It is working good so far. I hope. I don't have much luck with technology. I like Samsung products, they work with me so I'm hopeful

For the price on Holdays’ this laptop is good for those on a budget while in college, may not be the best, but it gets the job done.

Not a bad computer for my price range.If you’re looking for a computer that Can run a few video games, please this is the computer you might want to consider. Had I had more money I would’ve upgraded to something that could run more curren games, But 599 with my price. However, if you’re looking for something that can run more current games, I go ahead and spend a few extra dollars on something more powerful.

I use my laptop for messaging, bill pay and internet searches so I only require a very basic unit and this fits the bill

Works fine for my rather basic needs. I use it more or less as a desktop, with a larger external monitor.

overall, I'm satisfied with this product , Wouldn't recommend the use of it for business purposes.

So far this has been a great choice. Fast speeds. Easy typing and has my 10 key!!

I have had a great experience so far but it does have some technical problems which is it likes to glitch, or lose connection for no reason. Never had this issue before with my other laptop.

I bought this laptop for my sister. She just started a zoology degree and will be writing a lot of papers. I had a Samsung in college and it has lasted over 9 years and still going strong.
