Love the sleek look and touch screen, its light weight and easy to bring wherever you go

Laptop with 2 in 1 feature as well as touch screen is a great compromise between a laptop and tablet. Solid Stste hard drive makes for fast file access. Came loaded with Windows 10. Set up was simple and quick. My only complaint is the location of the on/off button. It is on the opposite side of the machine from all external ports. When you hold the laptop to plug in a device or Zip drive, you typically push the on/off button and put the machine in sleep mode. This is a great laptop for the price.

I love just about every aspect of this laptop. Slim & fast, Battery life is pretty amazing even when streaming video. Works with the Bamboo Ink too! Overall I'm very satisfied.

Love this laptop. I have never had a 2 in 1, so I was not sure what to expect. I absolutely love that I can write notes, draw diagrams, and get help with my freakin math on this device. Tent mode: Amazing! Tablet mode: Easy! Laptop: The best. I don’t understand why people say it doesn't look good. It's simple and clean. Not sure why that is horrible. Perhaps I have no taste. I think it is beautiful and elegant. Remember the good ol days when you carried the massive 8lb Dell brick on your spine? Backs rejoice! This thing is super duper light:) Will I leave my husband for this awesome Samsung laptop...don't test me. Will it aid me in getting through college? I have no doubt. I will stop now because I feel like I could just keep going on how wonderful this is.

Great computer for my needs so far; however, I haven’t used it that much yet. Love the very easy-to-use backlit keyboard. This computer really included all the features I needed most. Also, it’s extremely lightweight and transportable. Always have bought HP’s but made an exception this time.

I have been using this laptop for almost 2 months now. The battery lasts long. I have had to charge it half way throughout the day a few times (depending on how much I am using it), but I still don't feel it is necessary to take the charger every time I leave the house. It is a pretty solid build. I have not had any scratches or scuff marks, and I do not use a laptop sleeve. The security feature with the fingerprint is pretty awesome too and most importantly, reliable.

I felt like this was totally unexpected. The laptop was purchased during black Friday at a much reduced price. I thought it will be mediocre and not as good as the $1000 dollar ones. It blew me away!

This is a great little computer. The screen is awesome. It's fast. There was limited bloatware. It boots in no time. The speakers are a little meh, but other than that this a great little machine.

Great performance. Have been using it for 2 years plus and never has any issues so far. The fingerprint can be a little tricky sometimes but it works great.

I love this laptop. What a huge upgrade from my older, heavier Samsung. The touch screen is fantastic. The speed is amazing - it boots up in seconds!

I've had it about a month. Works great and is fast. My only issue is that the charger sometimes is loose and falls out if it moves but I have same issue with thin work laptop and I mostly work plugged in sitting at a desk. Otherwise I'm in tablet mode. Most 2 in 1s are more pricey and while this may not be as thin and sleek as the others, great value for the cost.

This product is by far the best laptop I have purchased. It's touchscreen and speed are exactly what I needed. Samsung has come out with great products over the years. It's also used friendly.

I spent many weeks studying laptops that had the features I desired. This computer filled all the boxes I required. It also came at a fair price from Best Buy. I have no particular vendor loyalty, but I have had a good history with Best Buy. I originally looked at HP units, but when I found the Samsung my quest was over. I didn't need a gaming machine. It plays some of the old XP games I liked that my new Windows 10 desktop wouldn't even load. I've only had it for a couple of months so I am judging on first impression. I didn't care about huge internal storage, so the SSD hard drive was a deciding factor. Best Buy also offered an external DVD drive on special which I purchased and used without a problem.

Up until now, I used only Apple computers and keyboards, so I've been pretty spoiled. This time I wasn't interested in paying that kind of money, plus I was interested in trying new software. This computer has not disappointed. The keyboard is outstanding, the speed is terrific, and the user interface is simple and mostly intuitive. Screen is beautiful, too. On top of that, I bought this as an open-box deal, and I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of the deal at Best Buy as well as the condition of the computer, which was absolutely new. I wouldn't hesitate to buy open-box again, nor would I hesitate to buy this computer!

I hadn't bought a new laptop in about 10 years so it took me a long time to decide on the next one as I plan to keep this one for a long time as well. So far it has not disappointed. The computer is very fast and no problems loading any programs. I have used it some in tablet mode, and it is easy to switch between modes, but since I have other tablets use it more as a laptop. I don't use the fingerprint sensor that much, I think it is a little inconsistent, just use a pin. The only other thing is that it is not powered by USB C, so for some people might be annoying. But great purchase.

This laptop is great. Its super light and slim for carrying in a backpack. I like how its both keypad and touchscreen.

Quick, responsive, beautiful screen.. keyboard is very comfy yet quick to use. Had to get used to using Windows because I came from an Apple laptop but little by little i have come to the realization that you can do everything on this laptop same as on the Mac. Also for half the price! Screen looks better than my old Mac cuz the mac was 6 years old by now and this one doesn't have those connectivity problems mac's present where you have to plug in a usb c thingy to plug in your usb and cell phone.. etc. I'd recommend. This baby is perfect size for school and very light.

Right size, speed and ease of use It is light weight, and has the touch screen and ability to function as a tablet or computer - Love it!

Love it. Light weight, turns on and logs in fast. Looking forward to using it for a long time
