This is a great laptop for school and travel. The battery life is great and the sound does what it needs to do. My only con is the location of the power button, very easy to turn off especially in tablet mode. I also purchased the Bamboo ink stylus that works great for this model. Would recommend this product.

I bought this a year ago when it was on sale. I liked that it had a solid state drive, and that it could be used as a laptop or a tablet. Since the pandemic started, I've used this as a home office machine. I "fold" it so that it sits on my desk as a monitor. I dock it & use a wireless keyboard & mouse. I also have a second monitor attached through the HDMI. Even with the monitor "upside down" to make it stand up on my desk, the camera & microphone work fine. I just look down at it instead of up. Pros: --Solid state drive --Responsive keyboard & touchscreen --Great for streaming media --Few problems with updates, drivers, etc. Cons: --Battery life -- it gives a solid 5 hours, but that's usually not long enough. --screen glare! The screen is so freaking shiny...you cannot use this on road trips or outside. I've tried a few "glare reduction" products, but still, it's very shiny. Overall, I really, really like this product, and I'm happy with my purchase.

I had never purchase any computers other than Dell or Lenovo so I wasn't sure what to expect. I purchased the Samsung due to the features, especially the touch screen and have not been disappointed. I edit photos on a weekly basis and the addition of a stylus has all but eliminated the need to for my Wacom pad to work in Photoshop. The weight allows me to easily carry and work wherever I get a moment.

I initially purchased this to use during my masters degree but keep it beside the couch for daily use. The machine is silent and I have not yet heard any noticeable fan noise and I have also edited a few videos. The machine is light, fast and responsive and for $600 a great price.

The laptop is light, the keyboard is very comfortable to type, and the screen is great! However, the battery is not as good as expected. It runs only 4 to 5 hours for each charge.

I was initially skeptical about the purchase but once using it, I found a champ. I got this on open box. I5 less than $500 and 8 GB ram with 256GB ssd what more can I ask. Its little thick but only like 200-300 gm heavier that something like yoga 13.3 inch.

This computer is great for programming beginners. The touchscreen is a blessing and a curse. With it, you can more efficiently navigate websites on a laptop, However, I frequently found myself changing the screen size or exiting out of pages because of it. Overall, I recommend it

Itself works great. Fast and battery life is good, not great. The problem is the charging cord. The tip is small and fragile so care not to bend and break.

This is my first laptop, and I use a good computer all day at work. My main concern was having a computer that was as fast as I was used to. The i5 with the SSD is definitely fast enough. The keyboard is better than most laptops I looked at-the keys have a higher profile. It’s light, and I love the looks of it. I mostly use the touch screen and am thrilled with the responsiveness. I bought a Geek Squad certified open box, and everything was like new, other than the charging cord, which was wrapped in a rubber band. I highly recommend that option.

One of the best decision I made to buy this laptop for my daughter. She really like this laptop, and super fast and works great. Best experience and deal buying from BestBuy. I highly recommend this product.

Purchased after a previous Samsung purchase from 9 years ago (dropped on floor). This has a nice screen quality, light weight and all the power I need. The backline keys and touch screen were added features I didn't need but now enjoy.

I'll be quick and to the point. Boots up fast thanks to SSD drive. Opening web and applications are very fast. The touch screen is accurate and responsive. Keyboard, sound, screen resolution are all solid. I feel this was a good buy. I feel I got it at a good price point for what I am getting. Highly recommended. By the way my son uses it for some games and graphics are good.

Love this so far. Battery is decent for a PC, and has the body style of a mac. Finger print scanner is nice! Only complaint is the small hard drive, it’s a little frustrating figuring out how to run everything through an external drive, but all in all not bad for the price!

This is a very good computer and I bought this to replace my daughter's Surface Pro. She like this much better than Surface Pro and it is fast for all applications she need to do at college.

I am so thrilled to have this laptop. It performs well as the spec. The lightweight and size exactly what I need. Especially with touch screen capability makes so easy to my daily work and leisure.

I purchased two of these laptops as Christmas presents for my children. I was not disappointed! The speed and screen resolution is fantastic!

Easy to use. Very quick, fast loading. Light, easy to handle. Only con is the on/off switch that is on the right side. Easy to accidentally to turn off the computer.

I recently replaced my 17 inch HP Envy laptop with the Samsung Notebook 2 in 1 convertible touchscreen laptop.It's light enough to take anywhere and the size at 13.3 inches is perfect.
