One great laptop!

I decided to move away from a desk top to a laptop. I could not be any happier with this purchase. This is definitely a user-friendly computer, which is exactly what I needed since I am not a "techy" kind of person. And the sales rep was so patient with me, too! It was a great shopping experience in the Victorville store.

Samsung Always come through

After research and speaking with the BB computer specialist. We went with this computer. I could not be happier it took me only a couple hours to transfer old files and it is very user-friendly. I own several Samsung products and recommend to anyone.

Computer is Everything I Expected

Wish there was a numeric keypad, but outside of that, the computer is great, fast and the solid state drive technology is preferable over slower functioning hard drives.

Could be perfect if not for the speakers

The Samsung apps preloaded are extremely useful. Samsung Messages are a must. My only gripe about this laptop is that the speakers are absolute trash, literally the only con about this laptop.
