Overall best value for the price

Runs pretty quick but its obviously not the fastest laptop but its fast enough for the typical college student who wants to do work on here but also binge watch YouTube and Netflix after a long day. I love the back lit keyboard. Samsung help was really helpful when my computer didn't want to launch the camera. I would give this laptop a 5 star but the camera quality is really lacking 640x480 pic and 480 p video.

Great Laptop for Realtors & Small Business Owners

No pen support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The ad stated that the computer has active pen support, so I bought it primarily for that reason. Samsung does not sell a pen for this model, and their support (both forum moderators and parts department) have no clue what pens will actually work with this model. I finally found that the only pen type that will work with this model are captive pens (which as their name implies are not active pens). The touch screen is also gimmicky, as it often has phantom touches. Performance is good for the price I paid, but overall it gets a low grade for the pen capability.
