I wanted an easy to use laptop now that she started college. After searching and comparing this laptop was the most convenient and price was just right. My daughter likes that she is able to flip the screen as if it was an ipad and enjoys the ability to use the pen that came with it for touch screen features.

Love this computer - I've owned a few laptops in my past and this one is by far the best... The sleekness, love how slim and light weight it is, however you do give up the USB ports on the side for this upside. I purchased 2 separate USB port adapters to plug in the side which gives me all of what I need.

This is the best laptop I have ever bought. I am using it for online college. Flipping it into a tablet makes it very convenient with specific activities that I have fo! It is extremely fast, and the battery life is excellent!

I love Samsung products but this one fell short for me. The lack of side ports was a big one. The biggest issue though was that I couldnt see a darn thing on the screen when i was outside or any type of sunlight was involved. That was the deal breaker. As far as performance though......excellent!

This laptop has worked great for the past year, fast boot, good performance and fast input. Touch screen and pen work great when needed. The only issue that I have had is the F key has collapsed, the key is operational but it does not spring up. i would defiantly recommend this tablet for general everyday use to anyone.

I love using this laptop. Everything on it is easy to use and comes up quickly. I really like how easily I can input grades and get everything that I need to get done for work. This laptop is great for work, studying, or just relaxing with the programs already installed. EXCELLENT!!!

This is the best computer considering cost, speed, weight, and capabilities. I am a business owner and the Samsung Pro 9 is the best traveling companion. I would strongly recommend it against the Surface Pro laptop or Book.

Just started using for traveling and size, weight and overall package of speed, screen and 2-1 have worked well do far. Only downside and not sure what can be really done but by the time the computer updates I was down to 200 gb out of 250gb before adding any personal data.

Well constructed, fast, ergonomic and just right for medium - heavy weight work. Good, but not terrific for heavy duty creative services work. Great screen, good wireless connectivity and USB 3. There isn't a lot of bloatware either. Nice

We purchased this for our daughter as a high school graduation gift. It has all of the features she wanted that were similar to a competitor, but priced much better. She loves the stylus! It’s lightweight and compact, and will be easy to carry to college!

This laptop is easy to use and has great speed for multitasking work projects. The size makes it Ultra portable and lightweight enough to carry in my purse. I was debating getting a MacBook but prefer the Windows OS. Overall I’m glad I made this choice.

Screen is sharp, bright with vibrant colors. The updated Bluetooth 5 works great with the external keyboard I bought. Super fast i7 compared to my 5-year-old Surface Pro 3 that was dying. And at the $749 sale price...it was a no-brainer!

I’m in love with my laptop! For one, I’m addicting to everything Samsung already and this item doesn’t fall less then great. From the processor speed to durability and how light it is. It’s a great purchase to have.

Excellent Notebook that provides previous Laptop-type level-of-operations (screen resolution, processor speed, graphics-video card output, basic mobile PC functions, etc.). I bought this for my wife having waited for a sale (thank you Best Buy) to replace her old (early 2000s) now retired laptop with a good quality Notebook that could easily handle software (e.g., Adobe image editing, MS Office Pro) that was previously only adequately managed by high-end Laptops & late 90s desktop PCs. I have been thus far very pleased to report we consumers now have reasonably priced Notebooks with the computing power needs for handling the RAM and processor speeds required for operating complex software programs that were previously only available in high-end Laptops, for mobile use.

This laptop was really great, it has great slim and small design to store in your backpack and light to carry for college. It has helped me a long way and is a great laptop to last you four years in college. This laptop is great for completing work and used only for school, office, or other job related work. Not really great for gaming, if you want gaming then this laptop is not for you. I still wished that they still sold this laptop at BestBuy, maybe they do, I don't know but it appears to not be sold anymore at BestBuy for me. If any of you new college students want a great laptop, this Samsung Notebook 9 Pro is your best bet.

When my laptop crashed I was so mad, but I needed to purchase 2 ASAP since I had a lot of homework to submit for my online classes. I went to Best Buy and I spend a couple hours there just looking at different laptops. I knew for sure I wanted a smaller one since I do carry my computer around with me a lot. I saw this one and I fell in love. It was small, very light weight and it looked great. I decided to purchase this laptop was I do not regret it. I love it! The only thing is that the speakers are not as loud as my last computer, but still worth it! You will not be disappointed!

I made sure to do quite a bit of research before purchasing my new laptop. I consider this an expensive purchase and wanted to make sure I bought the best laptop I could afford that also met my needs/wants which are average internet searches, use of MS Office, occasional streaming, etc. I've only had the laptop a couple months with very minimal use so I haven't had the chance to really explore everything but so far it's been really nice to own. The image quality is outstanding! I haven't had any issues except we are mostly an "Apple" family and this laptop has no USB ports which is really strange to me. In order to connect my iPhone to this laptop I had to purchase a USB-C to lightning cable which was around $20 or so. Overall, I am extremely pleased with my purchase. If at any point in the future that were to change I'll be sure to update this review.

I used to have a 2013 MacBook Pro and it was time for an upgrade and I am so happy I went with this one! I love how weightless it is and how fast it is. I don’t regret not going back to Apple!

Extremely lightweight, easy to use. I did have to get some adaptors for accessories to work. The only real complaint if I had one is that opening from a closed position is a little more difficult than my other laptops.

Faster and capable for handling my drafting program than my windows 8 desktop. Love the flip over feature. Still learning to use the pen first time for everything.
