I waited to make sure I could give an honest review. This computer is a must if you are handicap. I suffer from rheumatoid arthritis in my hands that has crippled my hands with this computer I can function great, navigating through all programs. I'm taking online classes and with this computer it has made it possible for me to take classes. I also want to Thank the best buy associate of Sebastian of the Winston-Salem store for his knowledge in recommending this computer for me. I would recommend this computer to all handicapped individuals and also non handicap that are taking college classes.

This laptop has a clear easy to view screen. It’s ideal for watching videos or just ordinary use. It’s also light and fast as well as easy to use.

Tiny laptop but able to get everything done. Fast and easy to carry. Charging time is so good. Overall I am very satisfied with the purchase.

Really love this Samsung Notebook. It is lightweight and easy to use. The keyboard keys are big enough and spaced well enough to make it is easy to type with out hitting multiple keys a the same time. The only thing it doesn't have is a numeric keypad, but that was easy enough to remedy - just purchased a Bluetooth numeric key pad. I loved that it was very easy to turn on and off the mouse touch pad (F5 key). This Samsung Notebook was the perfect choice for me!

This computer is pretty fast and the battery also lasts long. I like this computer.

The laptop works very good, very nice looking and very fast, the only thing I didn't like was that they published that AC charger was included but they didn't, so I had to go inside of the store and claim at least for what they said was included, the photos showed as well a pen and the comments from best buy personnel said the pen was included as well but not, they didn't give the pen, the missing star was because of the best buy personnel, today they don't deserve it.

I purchased this laptop to replace a Microsoft Surface Pro 3 that had battery heat issues causing the case to bubble. I studied all reviews I could find for a small lightweight laptop, with a price point of $1,000 or less. I was down to two models and was comparing the two when the Surface Pro got to hot to stay on my lap. I went to my local retail store. They had only the Notebook 9 Pro, so I chose it. I have had it for over a month now. It is great for browsing, creating and editing simple Word and Excel documents, and bill paying. Streaming movies is straightforward, not an issue with any playback yet. The case feels substantial, the keyboard responsive and the screen is a bit stiff to move with one hand. I do like the touchscreen too much, it is not very responsive to touching with fingers, but responds well with the included stylus. There is nowhere to store the stylus, however, so it is difficult to take with the computer when it is moved from place to place. The other negative about the Notebook 9 Pro is sound quality. The speakers on the bottom of the case results in muddy sound quality. I love the USB-C and being able to attach peripherals and charge my cell phone using a hub that I purchased at the same time. It makes travel easier. The Notebook 9 Pro is definitely a good replacement for my old Surface Pro.

I bought this computer because I had researched it online for awhile, and thought that it was exactly what I needed, as far as a Windows computer went. It had a gorgeous display, and it was really light, but the battery fluctuated so much, that I ended up having to return it. The computer was fully up to date, I had adjusted the battery saving settings, and I was only surfing the web, and it gave me like 3 hours worth of battery life, so I returned it.

I had got this laptop for my girlfriend who is heading to school for her masters. This is a great lsized and light weight laptop for college. I have a BA in computer Science, this laptop was on sale and I actually was able to get my hands on an open box, only thing wrong was there was no pen. Still a great laptop. Hope this helps you make a decision.
