The only thing I don't like - and it could be that I am not as current on these things as most. This is my first Notebook. I doesn't have any USB ports. But I can't find anything else to complain about. So far it has been great!

My first Samsung laptop has been a great machine. We have been using it exclusively and non stop for 10 days. It has performed in a top notch way that I would recommend this to anyone.

This is a really great laptop. It's super light and powerful. The touch pad works great! The only down fault is that everything is upgraded to USB-C connection and will require the adapter!

Love this computer. Compared it with other laptops and ended up with this one. Like that the screen completely rotates and can be used flat, like a note pad. Easy to use and start using!

Its a good laptop, the only thing I dont like is there is no USB port to use a mouse. There is many type-c ports so you need to get an adapter. Too much to carry around with me at college

We are happy with this computer for the most part. It seems to get hot pretty easily, which is a concern. Also, the keys are very flush, which makes typing more tricky than keys that stand up a little more.

I use to have a macbook, but I ended up getting a new one because the battery life is way better. However I wish the sound was a little louder.

This computer does everything. It’s a laptop and a tablet in one. It also comes with a stylist. I am a student in college right now and I would not be able to do work and study as proficiently without this laptop. A lot of my classes use PowerPoint and with this laptop I’m able to write directly on each slide with the stylist. If you’re caught between getting a MacBook and a PC, get this laptop. It does everything a MacBook does, except it does way more, it’s even faster with its i7 8th generation intel core processor, AND it’s less expensive. Very happy about my purchase.

This computer was not even on my radar when I started looking for a new laptop a month ago. Instead, I was bedazzled by the cuts and corners on the HP Spectre x360 FHD. It was a nice machine but after week one, the touchpad started becoming unreliable and HP diagnostics said the touchpad needed to be replaced. For me, a major hardware failure in the first thirty days of ownership is a red flag. I exchanged the Spectre for the 13" Surface Laptop 3. I love the look and feel of the surface laptops. Unfortunately, it was running so hard it stopped working (it would boot on the Microsoft logo screen, shut off and repeat). Sadly, I decided to try a Samsung Notebook 9 Pro 13". I've had Samsungs since defecting from Apple to windows five years ago. They are usually pretty reliable. The Pro had no defects but the screen was a real disappointment. I know many people think 1080 on a 13" is more than enough but I think QHD and 4k provide a much better reading experience. I noticed the Dell 7391 when I got the Samsung but the regular price of $1299. Was out of my budget. The sale price of $999. made it a possible to purchase. And I am so happy I found it. The screen is amazing. And the hardware make it very fast. The cherry on top is the stylus with built in housing. This laptop is a true sleeper hit!!
