This monitor has been an absolute game changer for my gaming and streaming setup. With so much screen real estate I can easily move multiple windows around for all the tasks I need open at once without having an seems between applications. The quality is great and overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

After almost one year, I love this display. Awesome colors, fantastic refresh rate and very reliable.
Things they don't tell you: It does not have built in speakers. Also, you may need to get good quality cables to connect your laptop or PC. I had to get an 8K display cable for my Mac.

This monitor is amazing. I use it for work and gaming and my son uses it for gaming. Equivalent of 2 27” monitors side by side. I use a MacBook for work and it works amazing. I wish it was a bit cheaper and do see it go on sale of 100-200 off so maybe wait for the sale to buy. Either way I absolutely love this monitor.

This monitor is the best part of my setup. I'm loving how everything looks on it. I game every day and love how games support ultra wide monitors that and wallpapers look better than ever.

I had the previous model of this 49" series which the lower end was 1080p. It was considered as 2k super ultra wide.
This monitor performs better with my 3080ti as far as g-sync goes.
This monitor is g-sync compatible meaning it does not by default/naturally turn on, you must go to the Nvidia control panel (not Gforce experience, the panel) and turn it on there.

Outside of the sheer size of these monitors, one of the best features for me has been the fact that I can split one monitor to display from two different inputs. So I can have one laptop displaying half the screen and my Samsung tablet split on the other half.

I bought this to replace a couple of 27 inch curved displays that were FHD and just getting crowded. So far I have owned this display for a day and can say the picture is nice and sharp. The controls are easy to maneuver around and change. I basically hot swapped this display and once powered on, searched for an input and promptly displayed my desktop. The one gripe I have about this and really, its all Samsung products in general, is the short power cord. I mean, its ok if your power supply is a couple feet away but for me, I have a large UPS at the side of my desk and the power cord just barely makes it. If I tilt this display I can unplug it. Its unfortunate that they supply a power cord shorter than the supplied D port and HDMI cables. Other than that, I am very happy with this display. I have plenty of room to develop and have an emulator running and stack overflow with plenty of room to spare.

This monitor is great especially if you have to have multiple screens open at once and multitask. I was a little bummed that when I pulled my monitor out of the box the top portion of the backing was separated from the rest of the monitor. I was able to push it back together and snap it into place, but it was still disappointing that it was not assembled correctly.

Awesome quality! Size is perfect for gaming and getting lost into it. Not all games support the resolution, but for the ones that don’t, it still is nice. Lots of features I don’t even use. Setting up as extra monitors was a bit of a pain.

Absolute beast of a monitor but I have no clue how to play games at full screen and not look stretched. I would rate it five stars but It seems as though I can't play at full screen. I don't see the point go an ultra wide gaming monitor if you cant use all the screen. If someone could help figure it out, that would be great.

To start off a 49" ultra wide is not a budget item, but I do think the price is in line with other models.
This monitor performs how Samsung says it does and has a wonderful picture. I also like that I no longer have a bezel between my 2 displays.

Great monitor, except it doesnt do well on console. Also, i am have multiole Lg C1s and C2s around my house, and let me say, once you get used to that resolution (and black levels) everything else feels washed out. I went with a 42” C2 instead.

Monitor meets my expectation. It takes little time to get used to it. I connected it to my Mac M1 chip computer and it connects flawlessly. I found the resolution is better when using my dock versus a direct connect. It allows you to have two separate computer hooked up at once and will even split the screen so you can have them on display at the same time. One computer displayed on the Right half and the other computer on the left half. I wish there was an easier way to change display settings. It's not complex but would love a remote to do it. The stand was pretty big and wouldn't let me push it back far enough so I am using a wall mount on the hutch of my desk. That fixed the problem. I like using this better than two monitors so you don't have to drag items from one to the other. I really enjoy this monitor.

Great value for money. I like this for basic gaming and moved from 2 165hz down to this 120 so I was concerned I may loose quality but I don’t feel that in person. Having the wide immersion is much better.

Fantastic monitor that makes work a breeze. I've worked with dual 27 inch monitors for years, and now having the seamless 1 monitor set up make all of the difference with multitasking tools. After work, it is a great addition to comfortable gaming as well.
