I love this little chromebook. It starts so fast and the screen looks great. The touch screen reaction feels very responsive. I bought this to try out some digital art and the stylus included feels nice in my hand. This is not a digital art device for experienced artists. It works well for me just starting out. Battery life works great for browsing the internet and streaming for a while. Games will suck the battery a bit faster. I turn down my brightness the second the computer loads and the battery lasts much much longer. I am very satisfied with my purchase as it suits my needs.

I purchased this for my son who just started college. This Chromebook is perfect for his needs. It’s light, fast and Google OS is extremely easy to use and user friendly. Highly recommend!

It was a long time that I wanted a 2 in 1 laptop. I am pleased with the size, weight and overall function of the laptop. This Samsung is well put together and has a nice look to it. I have read reviews that customers did not agree, but I reviewed online and was convinced that I should give it a try and viewed that these Samsung 2 in 1 are different as merchants who are selling them. I reviewed and reviewed. My laptop is working though I do not use it everyday, I hope it remains workable as my return date is approaching, I don't want to have a problem and can't get a refund. However, I am very happy with this laptop.

We love Apple products, but when our kids each needed a laptop to do their on-line classes, we needed something that would work easily and well, and not cost a fortune. A friend had one of these, so we gave it a try and were happy enough to buy another one just a couple weeks later. The only problem was we lost the spring from the stylus - it's like the spring out of a ballpoint pen - and now we don't know where we can get a new one. But that's not enough to drop to four stars - we're very happy with this.

For years, my wife had been complaining about the weight of her laptop, not to mention the short battery life. On a whim, we tested this model at the store and she fell in love with it. It is light and easy to carry in a purse if need be. The computer started right up and was easily synched so all of her day-to-day programs worked immediately. The only complaint is the small keyboard, but the touch screen and stylus make things as easy if not easier than she had before. She liked it so much I bought one for myself.

It has been a month for me having the Chromebook and selecting this model was a great decision for what I wanted. - Ready to use when need it - Cast to my television - Access to my various programs on my other devices - Touch screen with stylus - Slick design/convertible The only downside is it does not have folders to access my network, but it can do so through the web. Plus I still have my laptop

Love this!!! Fast and easy to use. Bought this at the beginning of the pandemic and had very few options for something that was affordable and in stock. Being an Apple user for quite some time I was reluctant to purchase a Chromebook but was pleasantly surprised with how much I liked it and all of it’s features. Love the touch screen with built in stylus and that it can be used as a tablet as well.

Was a little pricey but am very happy with the durability of the product. Bought 2 for remote schooling of twin 8 yr olds and the product has worked out very well. Performance is good, has not been a problem and the graphics and touch screen are being used more than I thought they would. Use headsets and integrated mics instead of what the chrome book provided. Connection to network was also easy. Very pleased and well worth the money.

Giving this laptop 4 out of 5 stars. Battery life is great, the screen is vivid and clear touch screen adds great accessibility. This laptop has the ability to rotate 360 degrees which is pretty cool different viewing situations. Last but not least it comes with a pen which is great for taking notes or anything precision like drawing etc. Satisfied overall!!!

I bought this for my boyfriend to replace his very outdated Windows XP laptop and iPad Gen 1. It is easy to use, and has everything he needs - Word, Excel, music, web browsing, and video streaming. Bonus stuff that he can do, that the iPad can't (which is what I was originally going to get) - he can easily cast videos and music to my Sony TV/sound system, and he loves the touchscreen, stylus, and expandable storage slot. It's a perfect size and very lightweight.

This thing worked fine until it was 13 months old, then the hinge froze on it and the screen cracked, and Samsung isn't being helpful at all. A quick Google search shows that this is a fairly common issue with these chromebooks. Note: the device has never been dropped, abused, or damaged. Bought this for our son heading to college. It has been perfect for his needs. Small, portable and powerful.

I use several Samsung Ultrabooks with Windows 10. And since most leisure activity nowadays is "consumption" of information, I gave this latest Chromebook a try - and I am enthralled. Efficient, intuitive; delightful keyboard, excellent screen - fine quality in all respects. Only downside for me? Could be a bit lighter, but perhaps the touchscreen and solid material does not permit that.

I would highly recommend getting this machine. It is so easy to use; fast, light, wonderful! I love the pen!

I bought this for my kids to use for their school assignments, and they're so loaded with schoolwork that I bought a second one so they wouldn't have to share. It's got a decent processor and the screen quality is excellent. My daughter also likes to draw, and this thing is saving lots of trees as it comes with a stylus and converts into a tablet. It's a bit pricey compared to other chromebooks, but I think the quality warrants it.

I went to Best Buy not really knowing if the chromebook would be the best decision for me. I explained my concerns to the employee (Kyle I believe), and helped me answer all my questions. At first, I was a little worried that the chromebook might not be "enough" for all my needs but it actually is. It has just the right amount of apps and programs to get me though my days. I use the internet mostly for my day to day needs. This is definetly not a computer, is more like a giant cellphone with a keypad. It is faster than a laptop of the same price. I totally recommend it to whoever needs a basic function of a laptop or whoever uses mostly just internet.

This is so light weight you can take it anywhere. Fast and dependable with a beautiful screen.

We were required to purchase a chromebook for middle school. It was a last minute purchase - needed it the next day. We choose this one because it offered a little more option than the other ones in stock. He likes it - finds it useful for school, does everything he needs it to, likes the touchscreen. So far, battery holding up well.

I bought this Chromebook for my 8 year old daughter and she loves it. She loves drawing with the pen. I love that I don't need to charge the pen or anything. Is just perfect for all those kids that love watching/ creating youtube videos. Now days (you tubers). Really easy to use and the touchscreen is great!.. When folded it feels like a huge tablet. is just perfect.
